I eat here all the time but tonight the service ruined the whole thing for me. The young lady behind the counter was more interested in helping her coworker find her ringing phone than the guests in front of her, the just walked off several times without engaging with the person in front of her or acknowledging them. Thankfully I had used the self service portal and only needed some sauces. Another nice lady helped me with what I needed but the first lady needs some serious customer service skills. Walking away from someone (or the counter with people waiting) without an acknowledgement is rude and shows flippant disregard.

The ghetto’s store you could ever visit…foul language as loud as can be and the managers don’t mind because they on the front register doing the same…fussing at the other employees talking to them like kids even though they act like it…the absolute worst customer service you could ever experience…But the young lady working drive thru I do not know her name but she went above and beyond she seem to holding the whole spot down by herself.

I've been a frequent and satisfied customer here, but this past weekend was a standout experience. The young woman working the drive thru Saturday evening was arguably the nicest fast food employee I have ever encountered. I didn't get her name, but wanted to leave some good feedback somewhere.
This place is Toxic. Mostly due to poor management that doesn't care & an owner that turns a blind eye. Staff is rude & food is mediocre.

Don't order online if you expect to get your food prior to walk-in customers. Little Caesars encourages you to order online and then you wait 40 minutes for a pizza and cheesey bread. Ridiculous!!!

Pizza has way to much sauce, and the cashier at the window, the young girl had in a ear bud in and couldn't hear me ordering, and I had to keep repeating myself. This use to be the best Little Ceasars, not anymore. Called to file a complaint with Len and he could care less, my complaint was falling on deaf ears!
