I walked in and asked what is hot and ready, and I was told the only thing they had was pepperoni and cheese puffs. I never tried them before so that's what I got. Folks behind the counter were polite and the place was clean.
The pepperoni and cheese puffs ended up being pretty good. I'm sure I'll be back to try some of the other items on their menu.

Is there really no one else they can get to work there with a positive attitude? The past 3 times I've been they've either forgotten my order (get a receipt when you come in), pizza was only half cooked or the people at the counter don't say anything and just put your food down and walk off. I like the food but it's not worth the crappy service and attitude.

Terrible service. Too many options to deal with this place. Waited 2 hours. Pushed back (again) 45 minutes. Called 3 times. Our food had been sitting there for an hour and acted confused as to why we wanted new food lol

I ordered 2, two toppings thin crust pizza from little Caesars in Woodstock, al. The pizza was burnt but the rude cashier as well as her manager tried to convince me that it was not. I drove several miles to little Caesars at 760 academy Dr. The atmosphere was better, the employees were nicer and the pizza was 100% different. The first 4 photo are from Woodstock. The last 2 are from academy Dr.

Rude staff… they don’t even answer the phone anymore.
Short version: Employee acted very annoyed and inconvenienced by my questions as to when my order would be ready. Long version: Placed an online order to be picked up at a future time. Got there right at that time, and I didn't seen it in the online pickup box thing, but I noticed there were no other pizzas in that box. I saw that there was some pizzas on the warmer with what looked like order forms on them, so I asked the woman working behind the counter if there were online orders that were ready, but weren't in the pickup box. She asked my name and said only that my order wasn't ready yet. I asked when it would be ready (since now we are at a few minutes after the designated pick up time set) and she just said she didn't know and then went back to the drive up customer. When she was done with them ,I said to her that I needed to know a timeframe as to when it would be ready because I had my family waiting in the car (this is July in Alabama, it's hot). That's when she told me that the time I set in the app for pickup is the time that they receive the order at the store and it goes into their queue. So, I went back out to my car and waited until the app told me it was ready for pickup. I went in again, saw it wasn't in the online pickup box, so I again asked for my order, told to hold on, and then I said something about how it was a ridiculous way to have the order ahead system set up and that you should tell people on the website that it's an order placed time, not pickup time because I was now waiting over 10 minutes at this point instead of just walking at the designated time and grabbing my order and walking out. She then got very unnecessarily rude and said something about how it wasn't her personally who did anything and I said of course not her personally but the way the company has their site set up. The way it is set up is just going to create more and more problems. She then yelled into the back for them to bring me my order and the lady in the back said, it's sitting right there, and the first woman said she wasn't doing it and proceeded to go back to the drive up window. The lady from the back nicely smiled and brought me my order. It was just an odd encounter because I wasn't trying to be rude at any moment and thought that asking a simple question like as to when my order would be ready shouldn't really set off someone who's job is working the front counter. I just grabbed my pizza and left. I normally wouldn't post a bad review, but my husband picked up from there last time and had a similarly poor experience, so I thought I'd finally say something. Just basic customer service training for the front staff is highly recommended and maybe fix the wording online to say something like hey, this is putting you in queue at this time, not your pizza will be ready at this time. Oh, and they forgot my marinara sauce for my crazy bread. Unfortunately, will not be revisiting this location and that stinks because Little Caesars is like a taste of home for us (we are originally Michiganders, go Red Wings).

The lady with two different eyes that works the drive thru has cussing issues. We went to get a pizza four our family but they didn't have hot n ready pizza so we said we didnt want to wait and we were leaving. The lady while were pulling off said a*****. My husband turned around in the drive thru confused obviously to ask why and she said I didn't call you an a******* but I will. We ended up calling the manager whom didnt seem to care when we called and said that he would take this into consideration when we told him. Extremely rude for no reason.

Disappointing would be an understatement. I tried the online order and tried calling multiple times. No answer and online ordering was not available. Finally with no other option I drive to the restaurant. I ordered my food and the girl in the back cussed about my order, granted it is 5 pepperoni, 4 cheese, and 2 supreme, but still you should not cuss about the people ordering food when you work in the food industry.
