We we in there last Thursday I ordered a Ribeye bake potato and salad the ribeye was the worst steak I have ever had full of grizzle the fried mushrooms were almost burnt the potato and salad were fine then I ordered the prickly pear margarita it was good the 2nd one was terrible I had to send it back! My husband had the chicken fried steak which he said was good! I had been waiting since my knee surgery to go sit down and enjoy a steak and a drink it was just terrible! Our waitress mocha was a great server ! I paid cash and they kept my receipt which dinner was around 68 dollars but I won't ever go back I could have gotten a better steak at the dollar store!!

Definitely gone downhill, I used to love this place as a kid. My favorite part was getting to eat peanuts and tossing the shells on the floor, in hindsight that was very rude of little me even if it was allowed. But alas there's no more peanut barrel and all the good severs and cooks are gone.The server took forever to get anything out and the manager when she came to check on us was completely rude. It's like when you know they don't want to be there. And then when we asked to see her again because my mother's steak was cold and not medium, the manager came over all apologetically. It was very wrong to just switch up your personality all of a sudden. Anyway probably won't return until it gets better. OH and their rolls are small and hard now, what happened to the big, buttery, soft, and warm rolls???

Drop by and get your insect fix! Do you need rude servers and incompetent management? Stop what you're doing and head on down to Losers on University, ope, I meant Logans. This place has a myriad of issues, but just know it's known as the dying restaurant for a good reason. Undercooked chicken, rotten steak, old veggies, the list goes on and on. It used to be one of the places to eat at years ago. Now it is taking up prime real estate in our growing city where it does not belong. Avoid it if you want to have a good meal.

Lost one of my air pods there the one right off of Airport Rd in Huntsville on Friday March 29th 4 of us Bill was 150.00. called that evening they had it ...I was going out of town told them I would pick up Monday or Tuesday even called back on Monday April 1st to tell them I could not get there till Tuesday they assured me that was fine then get there Tuesday the 2nd and guess they can't find it ...one of their employees stole it ...way to go Logans will never go back in there

I placed a to go order. I was missing the extra ranch for my salad, and my steak was not medium well like I requested. It was well done and just a tiny chewy, the over all taste of my meal was good. The staff I encountered last night was really friendly.

We were skeptical because of some of the bad reviews, but we took a chance.We were told there would be a 30 minute wait. After 20 minutes we were able to sit down. Nice service, quick service and our food was both very good. I had surf & turf and my wife had ribs & wings. Definitely a recommendation!

Brought my son here for his 23rd birthday. We enjoyed the food and the company.
We were seated in Asia’s section and it took her 15 minutes to come and even ask for our drink order. There were several times we were waiting for her to come back to our table and she was just standing there laughing and talking to other staff members. After we received our drinks, we ordered our food and it took over an hour for us to receive it. Not once did she come and ask if we need any refills or if we needed anything period. She never apologized for our wait time and never gave us any updates on our food. We then told her we were ready for our ticket and it took her another 15 minutes to bring it to us. I could understand if it was during one of their rush hours, but it was only us and one other table in her section. If you eat here I would ask for a different server.

Jamie is the best server we have ever encountered at this restaurant we go weekly on Fridays and we will never sit with anyone again she gave us the most attentive service we have ever had and even boxed our food for us she is amazing
