It's a commercial steakhouse. They just are what they are. BUT I do really like the Cajun pasta. I've ordered that twice and it was great. Rachel is in the bar. She was really awesome tonight. It was just my.husband and I but she didn't seem bored or disappointed in a slow night or worried. Just felt happy to be wherever she was. Thats a great vibe. The potato skins weren't great, I didn't think. My husband wasn't very impressed w the double mini burgers, but said they weren't bad. He didnt like the fries but did like the Mac and cheese. So... it was the short quiet dinner stop we needed. That specific location makes me not completely turn up my nose and deny commercial joints when we travel.

The worst attitudes ive ever dealt with! Ask for ranch and the girl acted so lazy and like it was a big deal and proceeded to bring me the smallest one she could when I asked for abig one. Just rude and snobby workers period!

The foodbwas good but it took forever for him to even take our order then put it in and took forever to bring the food. As soon as we started to eat he was bringing the bill. And didnt ask us if we are going to pay together. Once we spit it and paid he got it all wrong and charged us for stuff we didnt get. Very very bad service. Would not recommend and would not go back.

As a former employee for this restaurant, I am using an alias for this review. To prove the validity of this review, lifting the booth seats adjacent to the kitchen (33-35?) will have invoices and employee cash out sheets from years prior.

The TLDR? Do not eat food from here, nor give a penny to the management of this Logan’s. Im honestly surprised the restaurant is still open from the various incidents that have happened inside.

Call the health department on this restaurant and I can assure you they will find food that is out of date or already perished. No low review here is wrong about the food. Steaks and other foods will repeatedly come out of temp, burnt, or even raw? I don’t understand how that happens because the head manager is the one cooking these foods most if not all the time.

The management overworks all of their staff, who are already forced to live off of tips, and does not always listen to schedule changes, or complaints at all. There are workplace violating relationships between staff members also, and those who are not part of it are ostracized, which is why this stores turnover rate is astronomical. In the time that I have worked there, there have been more than 30 different staff members who have either quit (much of them on their first day/week) or been fired. Only failure to train leads to a turnover rate like that.

The amount of favoritism the restaurant has is crazy enough, they willingly employ males who are very inappropriate towards female staff, especially younger. Many of my coworkers have shared the same sentiment of feeling uncomfortable coming to work. The only way they will fire people who they hold favoritism towards is if those higher order them to. I would advise women or anyone really to not look here for a place of employment.
The managers had also come under fire for workplace discrimination which I don’t know a lot about, but I wouldn’t recommend people of color to insert themselves in this environment either. This was and is a terrible place to work.

The only way this restaurant has any chance of having a better star rating is to completely change its management and pay their workers better wages. If not, it only goes down from there.

My steak was okay, but overcooked. I ordered medium rare, but it was somewhere between medium and well done. The French onion soup was extremely salty to the point that I couldn't finish it. My husband's steak was full of gristle to the point that he couldn't cut it. He sent it back and the second steak was almost as bad, plus it was well done on one end and rare on the other. He ordered medium rare. We both ordered the center cut sirloin. Me 6oz, him 8oz.

I picked my order up just in time but steak was cold and it doesn't look like grilled steak. it was like boiled. I don't think that i will order anything from here anymore.

I hadn’t been here in years, I read the reviews and thought surely they aren’t that bad anymore, I was very wrong ! My broccoli was rotten but they steamed it anyway and my steak they never got right it was over cooked, I paid for my sons meal which not up to par either. I won’t be returning. Please just close the location and go through the produce and clean it and then I hire a grill master who is trained. The waitress was on point with the drinks, she did her best.

My suggestion for a great steak is in Hartselle @ O Bryan’s or perhaps for a day trip to Nashville to Ted’s Montana Grill!

The salmon was bland, and the mash potatoes were horrible. I was told they were there for more of a garnish. So I guess I wasn't supposed to eat the mash potatoes. The waitress was good, just a bit too talkative.

I'm only giving them 2 stars for their yummy yeast rolls. I just ordered a ribeye steak. Was delivered from doorfash. My steak had a gray tint. I tried a couple bites but was afraid to eat much. The steaks had no seasoning and were not worth the money. Hope i don't get food poisoning.

Their food here is good. Portions sizes have gone smaller because of the economy and trying not to raise prices too much but it will still fill you up. They do good here most of the time with the taste and temp of the food, and with the wait staff. Sometimes there may be someone who isn't that in tune to their customers but most of them are nice.

After a long day of moving, we came to have a late dinner at 8 pm this evening (they close at 10) and walked inside. Four different employees looked at us as we walked around to see if they were even open, and not a single one said a word. The staff in the kitchen looked our way then quickly turned around. It seemed like they were starting to close the kitchen down for the night. Two other employees were seated at a booth in the back corner chatting. Crickets. Not a word. Logan’s Roadhouse must be doing great, as it was obvious our business wasn’t needed.
