I should have read the reviews before we ate here. A lot of 1-star ratings in the last month—something has obviously changed.

It’s been a good minute since I last went to Logan’s. We arrived around 6 p.m. on a Tuesday and got seated right away, but it took about 5 minutes before our waiter showed up. He was nice and did a decent job, but nothing memorable.

I ordered the rib and chicken platter. For some reason, the fries weren’t ready and came out 5 minutes later—undercooked. The bigger issue: I paid $20 for a rib and tender plate and got two small baby back ribs and four tenders. Everything tasted fine, but I can get six tenders, fries, and a drink for under $12 elsewhere. So I paid an extra $8 for two ribs?

I also got my son a kids’ cheeseburger—wouldn’t recommend. It was basically a 1-ounce slider on a dinner roll. My two other kids got the 6 oz center-cut sirloin. One was cooked correctly and tasted fine. The other was ordered medium and came out more like medium-well. There was a little pink if you held it up to the light, but not what we ordered. My daughter was hungry and just ate it.

Overall, it wasn’t the loud, robust experience Logan’s used to be. It was sad to see it so slow. I hope they get their act together.

DO NOT GO HERE. My family went about a month ago and several family members ended up with food poisoning. One did not even make it out to the parking lot before throwing up. The food was ice cold, and the steak was overcooked. We used to come here occasionally over the years, but it has fallen off severely. This Logan's is the worst from service to food. They need someone to come in and turn the place around because management is obviously allowing this to happen.

There's an employee that pulled a gun on a woman when we were complaining about waiting over 3 hours for service & food !!
There was a young manager that has NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER! THE ELDER (heavy set ) supervisor was reasonable.
Some of the food Was Not done.
I have Never had such a terrible experience

We came tonight around 7:45-7:50 and for Mother’s Day evening we were prepared for a wait but it wasn’t busy at all. We sat and waited until 8:08 and no one had even come by to tell us they’d be with us. At 8:07 there was a younger white man with short hair scooping honey mustard (our table was directly next to the kitchen), some got on his finger so HE LICKED IT OFF and KEPT scooping it into other cups!

There were tables around us who I guess were expecting their server to come to check on them so instead would go to the to go window to request anything they needed.

Steak was rare barely cooked bar tender was not fast took 30 min to get the check definitely need a manager present on the floor.

We had an amazing server, she was very sweet, made sure drinks were refilled and was always nearby if we needed something.
Porterhouse was cooked to perfection and the ribs just fell off the bone.

Ordered online for pick up. When I got there they asked my name and stated they e doubled checked the order. NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR WORD!! Our salads were not in the bag and they were supposed to be with our order. Also, we had mashed potatoes as one of our sides and 1/4 the way down in the container, nothing but burned hard potatoes. Spent (wasted) $55.! Gave them another shot from last time it took forever to pick up an order. Hubby had to work and I wanted to have a nice meal for him and it sure was botched. Logan’s USE to be a nice place.

Got seated very quickly, but took 20 minutes for a server to come by the table. Food came out over a 10 minute span. The last of which being served was a simple salad.

I ordered 1lb of ribs to-go for $26.44, but the ribs weighed just under 11 ounces when weighed on my kitchen scale. Ribs were dry and tasted like they were at least a day old and reheated a couple of times. Ribs were inedible! Don't waste your money at this restaurant!
