I recently saw a social media reel that I was so excited about and it made me so hungry. It featured the amazing Payton Walker from Tennessee Valley Living, exploring the vibes at Lola's Cocina. It’s about time we have a great place to get an authentic Breakfast Taco / Burrito! The Carne Guisada is spot on and I’ve not been able to find Guisada this good outside of Texas. Lunch and dinner choices are just as good!
The Margaritas are awesome as well. Ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita and that was my favorite of any in Huntsville. Love this place, and you will too!

I spent 5 years in CA, so I was excited to be able to get all pastor from a trompo. It was pretty good. A little on the expensive side, but that's Jones valley.
The tortillas were a little thick and doughy, but still good. They did not slice off pineapple in that tacos, as is traditional. But I will say the pineapple taco sauce they serve with them is killer.
