My husband and I went there for dinner. The service was great. The food was delicious. My husband had the Renegade Sirloin and I had the Outlaw Ribeye, both were delicious.

I had an amazing experience at LongHorn! The food was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.

I made a mistake while ordering online, and the team didn’t hesitate to help. Not only did they fix the issue without any hassle, but the manager personally made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service these days.

Huge thanks to the entire team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Our family has dinner here at least once a week! We mostly always have good experiences with this location. Our favs are the spicy chicken bites potato soup and spinach dip. And of course the filet 👌 all the salads are good but love the strawberry & pecan salad the most!

So here’s the deal. The food was good service was average. The real issue is that they have Dishonest employees working for them. We went there for my daughter’s 21st birthday and she left her shoulder bag. She didn’t realize until the next morning. She called, they said they didn’t have it but she could stop by and look at lost and found. She went and they couldn’t find it. I didn’t realize she had stopped by already and I got the same response. No one asked for our info if it turned up. My wife went later that night to ask the waitress if she knew what had happened to it or if she noticed that she left it. The answer was no. My wife insisted that they take her info. Then to our surprise my daughter gets a call that “someone brought it back in” what the what?? The good news is that she got her bag back and her debit card and work ID were still in the bag. However her iPods and charger, makeup, lipgloss and deodorant were all missing. I understand that it was my daughter’s fault for leaving it and that the restaurant is not responsible or liable for the contents in the bag, but come on man. Someone brought it back in!?! Yah, no, you have an employee that claimed it and when you seen the urgency that we put into trying to find you had to ask around. The manager wasn’t concerned that items were missing. Just handled poorly and odd in the way it turned up.

We're from out of town and we were meeting up with our great niece and family the food was excellent steaks,chicken, and the sides were all delicious) everything was brought out in a timely manner and everyone enjoyed their meal. There were six of us our waitress Bria was such a joy and made sure we weren't waiting long for anything.

It's a franchise. However, it's also a franchise that completely understands its wheelhouse. I wanted steak the evening that I came. That's exactly what I got, full stop. The service was commendable. Christian made sure my love and I were well attended to as we dined. I didn't have to wait for a refill. He was well versed in dishes provided by the establishment, and I couldn't ask for more. Like, literally, I couldn't. I ordered the signature "Longhorn steak" and couldn't finish it. When you sign up for 22 Oz. Of steak. Just be ready.

20 min wait but got seated and ordered quickly food came quickly and was ok

Host was not very friendly, our server was good. The food was ok the brocoli was to al dente, the steak was over seasoned. But the spinach dip was good. It's kind of a one and done steak house.
