Hablé para llevar , pedí dos platillos y me dijeron que que esperara 30 min , llegué al establecimiento 40 min después de haber hablado y esperé en el establecimiento 15 min más , por que veía que había mucha gente , entré al restaurante y elegí una sodas , esperé 10 min más a que me atendieran porque la persona que estaba ahí está dando vueltas y la otra estaba dentro de food truck , empezaron a llegar cada vez más gente y ellas no hacían nada por atender . Cuando llegó mi turno para que me atendieran por mi pedido que previamente había llamado, me dijeron que me esperara de 10-15 min más que por qué tenían mucha gente , cosa que era cierta pero ya tenía más de 1 hora esperando mi comida . La verdad mala organización y mala atención al cliente . Pésimo servicio al cliente.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of trying Los Tito’s Truck #3 in Madison. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with warm, genuine smiles and top-notch customer service. They were friendly, polite, and appreciative of our business.
Now, the food — wow! We tried the tacos, baleadas, and pupusas, and honestly, we couldn’t pick a favorite. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavor, made with love and care.
The eating area was also a pleasant surprise — neat, clean, and inviting. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
All around, we left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you're in Madison and haven’t tried Los Tito’s Truck #3, do yourself a favor and go. Highly recommend!

Good food. Convenient location. I like their burrito with stewed beef. It's delicious. Their red salsa is smokin ? and delicious if you can hang.
