Very bad experience with the service. It takes more than an hour to receive the order and without being busy. The food arrives cold and they forget to bring everything from the order. One has to keep reminding them of the order. They can't even give the drink while the food arrives. This is the second time this has happened. We do not plan to return to this restaurant. They need to have better service so that the customer is satisfied.

The food is delicious, I don't argue with that, but I think the service is not that good. Also, I have always ordered food there like chicken with slices and baleadas, to take away and they always specified that they do not put cream on the baleadas since I don't like it. with cream, and more than once they put it in and I understand that sometimes they are busy and have to make a lot of orders but it would be nice to double check before giving the order so everything would be perfect.

Very bad experience I just had in this place, there is a man bothering the customers asking for money and he pulled down his shorts, he asked my husband and how he told him he didn't have any, he came to hit the car window angry and shouted, we were in the car with the children and my children became nervous in the car crying, we had to call the police, the owners of this restaurant do nothing about it, they turn a blind eye, for my part I will not return to this place for my safety and those of my family
