Fully customizable ice cream with add-ins, good flavors. Ice cream seemed like they were a bit melty while still in the case 😬. While move, servers seemed a bit short on patience, otherwise a good experience.

4 workers standing around and zero cones available for sale. I asked if they could make some more cones… they said it would be a while. Sad and poorly managed.

Their Rocky Road ice cream is absolutely irresistible! The perfect mix of creamy, crunchy, and chocolatey goodness—it’s a must-try.

Went in today to get a flavor I’ve always wanted to try (amaretto) and Desiree went back and got it for me and i’m officially a fan! Service and product get a 10/10 I love it here.

Marble Slab literally saved my wife's birthday—and probably my marriage. In my infinite wisdom, I somehow managed to order an ice cream cake with the wrong date, wrong flavor, and completely wrong size. Imagine my panic showing up several days early to pick up a cake that wasn't supposed to exist yet, only to discover that I'd created an accidental birthday disaster.

Enter the manager, heroically stepping in to sort out my comedy of errors. She calmly swapped my tiny, incorrect-flavor cake for the larger, delicious masterpiece my wife actually wanted, and didn't even fuss at my complete incompetence. Thanks to Marble Slab, not only did my wife have an amazing birthday, but I narrowly avoided spending the night on the couch.

Five stars for fantastic ice cream cakes and even better customer service. I'll be back—hopefully with fewer self-inflicted disasters next time!

The woman working yesterday 6/24/25 was rude. I see it is a trend here. For expensive ice cream you’d expect better customer service..won’t be back

truly if i could give it 0 stars i would. There was a lady who was very rude. My husband asked for a milkshake and she proceeded to ask small or regular and my husband had said medium knowing that’s regular. She proceeded to roll her eyes as if it was something really bad. She then moved onto me and asked if i was going to order in a rude and demanding way. I had said “Yes.” She then didn’t let me finish what flavors i was going to ask for and she yelled out to me “WHAT FLAVOR” I then had to argue back and said you didn’t have to yell. Very rude service i would not come back with that staff still there. No one was also greeted. With the other reviews i see that im not the problem. The owner should really get new management.

Super tasty, they don’t always have the biggest selection but it is a nice treat after a dinner or movie!!

Staff is so rude. We brought my son for his birthday to get a milkshake. The women says I’m not making milkshakes right now. No one in the store so it’s not busy. Super rude with no other reason than pure laziness. Avoid this place.

My daughter and I have tried this place a couple of times; usually lapsing enough time in between that we forget how bad it is. The staff are rude and give poor service. It usually takes forever to get through the line. And it’s ridiculously expensive for the poor quality. Yesterday I got a single scoop of mint and asked for chocolate chips; the girl dumped chocolate chips on top and didn’t bother to mix them in. I paid $7 for a small scoop. After I paid they told me they were out of spoons and gave me a sample spoon to eat with. Absolute joke. Never again.

The black lady inside of the building looked like she was asleep when it was supposed to be open, this was at 12 pm on a monday, and the lady gave us horrible service, she was flinging equipment around, was extremely rude, and overall gave us horrendous service. I really do like the ice cream here but I do not want to buy from this place again if this is the service I will be receiving.
