We had an event here for a family reunion about 3 weeks ago. The staff was easy to work with and attentive. The catered food was okay for buffet style. The bar employees were spectacular. They gave recommendations, made sure we were satisfied with our selections, and genuinely showed interest in our conversations. Great customer service and atmosphere.

We celebrated a birthday here. Food was good. Pizza crust was surprisingly light and yummy. Smash burger taco was also good. As for service when playing games, few employees were around. Maybe that's because it was a Tuesday. Last, spruce up dining area and improve customer service and this place would be awesome.

She has the patience to deal with excited children looking to cash in their tickets for their amazing prizes. JaNyla saw me struggling at the card machine and assisted me with my purchase. My daughter and I went for her birthday and she had an amazing time!!!! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable since it was our first time visiting. The prices….ehhh gave me Dave & Busters vibes. Overall, I would recommend this place, however, with the way that the economy is going, fun should not cost so much in credits for games and a games card.

Took my grandkids here and they had a great time. The pass for bowling, ropes, lasers and pool is a great deal as well as the food and game card deal. A very clean and well maintained facility. All the staff we met we very friendly and helpful especially Tez. He is a great example of an exceptional employee.

Kyriah, Diamond and John were was so nice!!! I got here pretty late so i expected bare minimum and I got the best service I ever got, and I’ve been here several times. If you ever come visit main event ask for them & you guys will feel at home! Thank you guys so much!
Good price for the amount of “credits.” Our family of four got two cards worth $50 each and we played for about 2-3 hours. It was fun.

Main Event in Huntsville is one of the best arcades in the area! I was really impressed with the variety of games and how well everything was maintained. Their prize selection is way better than most places too. Great spot for some fun, whether you’re with family or friends.
