This was my first time at the Main Event and where the heck have I been??? Like seriously! I have a huge thing for frontline customer deliveries and Kirah and Amber were top tier. If you want GUARANTEED white glove service - you will NOT go wrong with these two … they are high level! My husband and two nieces made some great memories here, excellent crowd of people! Also there’s a super tall, on the slimmer side dark toned young man that works at kiosk- he treated us like we were his family- we explained we were first time visitors and guided us on all the steps and gave us the best recommendations. Whoever does the hiring and training here- Bravo Bravo bravo!!!

The employees are racist and rude. Purchasing drinks for my grandkids, I left a tip when I paid but before I was served. Attendant sat drinks on her side of counter. Even if I did not have a leg injury I would have still struggled to reach them. The attendant and what appeared to be her manager grinned at each other. Then another attendant got onto us for bringing drinks in. That is the only interactions we had with any employees at this establishment. I do not recommend this for family entertainment. A few of the games were also down when we went and smelled like skunk weed in a couple areas.

If you come here for the games and bowling, this place is great I have been here twice now once when they were busy. once when they were not If you come here and expect to eat any of the food expect small portions that are over priced, in fact everything you do here you will pay a premium for. Don't expect good service when it is busy either. The games is what would bring me back, everything else suxs

Right from the start the place was very warm. We selected our bowling and games. We were waiting a long while to bowl. We went up there to check in and see how we would know it’s our turn. They said that we would receive a text so we decided to go eat. We were sat down right away to get waited on was another story Once we were waited on that was another long wait our food came out before the appetizers or drinks table that came in after us has already had two sets of drinks no condiments no refills. The waitress took it upon herself to add a 20% tip if it was her first day and we were aware I would’ve looked at this totally different. She actually had all her teammates working for her and she still wasn’t getting it. Then we went to Check on the bowling and they removed our name from the waitlist. They didn’t make this right very uncomfortable very very warm so warm I was nauseous.

This was our first time going. Holy expensive, but the kids had fun. We did eat at the Family kitchen and the wait was ridiculous (over 30 mins to get our food). The workers would go around to each table with food and drinks asking the customers if it was what they ordered. Maybe number the tables or something? They all seemed very helpful and friendly just very unorganized. Food was good. Try the fried pickles!

I just wanted to take a minute and praise Tajh for the service she provided for our birthday party. She was over-the-top helpful, incredibly attentive and made the kids’ birthday an evening to remember. Tajh helped with every step of our reservation and made it a very enjoyable experience. The food and entertainment were great but Tajh was the shining star. Thanks for time and hospitality Tajh!

We bought gift cards for several of the children in our family only to discover that they didn't cover tax or food. We were embarrassed, since it was our intention to cover all their costs. Instead, they had unexpected expenses. We will not be buying gift cards again to Main Event.

I took a small group of students to Main Event for a Christmas Party, and we had a great time. We showed up on a Wednesday night that is usually pretty slow, but found a packed house. I wasn't sure how this was going to affect our ability to enjoy the different activities with the All You Can Play Activities Pass, but the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The students enjoyed laser tag, multiple games of bowling, and some arcade play. I would highly to recommend giving Main Event a try if you've never been. If for some reason, you get there and you're just not having a great experience, chat with a manager and maybe they can help make your time at Main Event a little more enjoyable Thanks for the great service!
Loved this place and my kids went wild! So much to do so many games and things to do for all ages I would recommend this place to anyone good prices, food and service.

We had a birthday party here, and it was extremely organized. Tahj was assigned our party, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn’t need anything or have any questions. She was flexible and handled literally everything for us. She made sure we had candles for the cake and had a lighter by the cake when I was putting the candle in. I didn’t even see her do that. She paid extreme attention to all details of the party, and the small details made the biggest difference. She helped serve the cake and was just overall amazing and went above and beyond for us.
As far as the rest of Main Event, the pizza was great, the entire place was super clean, including the bathrooms. The bowling shoes were in great shape, and the tables and seats by the bowling alley were very clean. The laser tag was huge, and the kids had an amazing time in there.
While it was a little bit pricey to have a birthday party here, everything it included made it well worth it (bowling, pizza, drinks, laser tag, and games).
We only came in to play games, had lots of fun!!
