We had an event here for a family reunion about 3 weeks ago. The staff was easy to work with and attentive. The catered food was okay for buffet style. The bar employees were spectacular. They gave recommendations, made sure we were satisfied with our selections, and genuinely showed interest in our conversations. Great customer service and atmosphere.
We celebrated a birthday here. Food was good. Pizza crust was surprisingly light and yummy. Smash burger taco was also good. As for service when playing games, few employees were around. Maybe that's because it was a Tuesday. Last, spruce up dining area and improve customer service and this place would be awesome.
I'm only speaking on service. Taniya (Games Lead) has the qualities of a great leader and is well deserving of her position. She has the patience to deal with excited children looking to cash in their tickets for their amazing prizes. JaNyla saw me struggling at the card machine and assisted me with my purchase. She has a smile that is so welcoming and great customer relations skills. Thank you, ladies, for your great service!
