Mangia's Italian is HANDS down BEST local Italian restaurant in Huntsville! We started out by taking Stephanie's suggestion of the cheesy bread for an appetizer and luckily we didn't have our kids with us, or they would have fought over them! DELICIOUS! I had the chicken parmesan for dinner and HOLY MOLY was it AMAZING! I love this family run restaurant and could not have asked for better food, service or enviroment! Give Mangia's a try, you will not be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: SO KID FRIENDLY!

Excellent restaurant.This is my first visit to Mangia on Zierdt Road, but it definitely won't be my last.Impressive menu selection, outstanding service, and best Italian food in my 5 years of being a Huntsville resident.Went on a Friday afternoon, at 4 PM. No problem parking, restaurant was not crowded at all, seated immediately.Waitress was outstanding. Very knowledgeable regarding the menu, and very attentive, though not obnoxious, throughout our entire meal.The cheesy bread appetizer is to die for. A meal in itself. My wife and I both had the baked blackened chicken Alfredo. Huge portions (should have shared one entree').Our best dining experience in HSV in recent memory, bar none. A tad pricey, but what isn't these days.

We tried Mangia for the first time last night and everything we ordered was delicious. We tried the cheese bread and meatballs; ordered the Italia (lasagna, pasta, and chicken parm), the chicken pesto carbonara, and lemon cake - all were so yummy. Our server was also great, thank you to the whole team. We will be back to try more!

We ordered catering from Mangia for an event at our shop. The staff member that took the order over the phone was friendly and polite. The pricing is more than fair considering the amount and quality of food you'll receive. One of our guests had a food allergy, but they were very accommodating. When we arrived to pick up the order, the incredibly sweet staff insisted on helping us load everything even though it was pouring down rain!! And the food, oh my goodness, the food!! It was all so delicious. We had the carbonara, fettuccini alfredo and tortellini rose with breadsticks and salad. Everything was delicious. Our guests raved about how great it was and wanted to know where we had ordered. It made our event a hit. Thank you!! We will be ordering again soon.

We ordered a cheesy bread app, like no cheesy bread before. Amazing. The breadsticks are better than anywhere else, but these are obviously housemade, like everything else. Too full for dessert.
First and last time here. The staff was helpful in every way but the food was mediocre to gross. The breadsticks were still raw. The calzone tasted like it came from dominoes. The chicken Marsala tasted like it was in brown gravy and most of the chicken was rubbery. No where in Italy does food taste like this. This isn’t an Italian restaurant.
