So I’m a dasher and this location somehow let four other Dashers steal the customers order and not have them. Call the customer and tell me no when I have accepted the order have it on my phone and have the customer on the phone talking to her with her telling me that she did not get her order.. terrible service

Absolutely disgusting. The crust is thin and wet. The toppings only covered the middle half of the pizza and were not spread out to the edges properly on one of the pizzas. They were not cut properly. They were not cooked properly. They were not assembled the same as usual either. The meat was on top of the cheese on the Philly totally dried out and it's never been that way before.
It is abundantly clear that nobody cares. I can't determine one single standard in place at all. It's like everybody has just given up here.
This is so disrespectful to your community. You have no right to put this out to the public but you do it anyways. The people in charge of this should be ashamed of themselves.

Every time I order a pizza here, it is exactly as I ordered. Not today. Got home and realized that my pepperoni is missing. The customer service is far from desirable. Typically, the younger girl that is there is fine, but the older lady with the gray and black fro is not. She's at the front counter leaning and browsing through her phone. She asked for the name on my order to see if it was ready. I gave it to her. Silence. Never told me whether or not my order was ready. I guess I'm supposed to assume that it's not. She states she didn't say anything because it wasn't ready yet. You should've told me that then instead of having me standing there looking stupid. I can't stand negative customer service. It's no need for it.

The delivery was awful the girl was bang on my door and she didn’t ask me to sign receipt or nonthing and didn’t say anything…the pizza had a foul taste also
This place has gone downhill over the years. They refuse to talk to people on the phone. They refuse to deliver orders or even acknowledge the delivery times they give you. Lazy is as lazy does. Pizzas are not even cooked all the way.

Did not have an eternal waiting time for Door Dash order I pulled up. Staff was friendly, communicated well. Store is clean. Teamwork seemed to be keeping things flowing well. Much better service for Door Dash drivers than Papa John's. I love their pizza above Dominos that is up the street. It is less greasy and tastes better.

We placed an order, for delivery, the day before our party. I called the day of the party to ensure the order had been received. The gentleman who answered confirmed our order and stated it would be delivered on time. The pizza actually came early, which was just fine with us. Everything was yummy! Thank you!
