Did not have an eternal waiting time for Door Dash order I pulled up. Staff was friendly, communicated well. Store is clean. Teamwork seemed to be keeping things flowing well. Much better service for Door Dash drivers than Papa John's. I love their pizza above Dominos that is up the street. It is less greasy and tastes better.

We placed an order, for delivery, the day before our party. I called the day of the party to ensure the order had been received. The gentleman who answered confirmed our order and stated it would be delivered on time. The pizza actually came early, which was just fine with us. Everything was yummy! Thank you!

We ordered lunch today. I ordered online and had to call the store about mushroom allergy! Pizza was on point and the gentleman that answered was very kind. As someone that manages a big time pizza restaurant in Detroit, you did great and I thank you for doing a great job!!!

Usually pretty good, but slow on delivery. Cheesy bread not so good. Salad is good, thank goodness they still use cut-up tomatoes instead of those nasty cherry tomatoes. Also, love their boneless chicken wings.

Ordered one large cheese pizza for lunch at 12:55. When it was almost 2pm and online it said it my food was done but still waiting to be delivered, I called. The guy told me the delivery driver had something she had to take care of and she would get it to me when she's done. Ha! Ok. It was after 3pm when I finally got my cold pizza! Not a sorry or anything. This was my first and last purchase. I wish I would have read the reviews first. You would think the owner would fix it.

My first time here 'n I'm not real KRAZEE 'bout parmesean cheese or white sauce but the pizza was good...I got meat lovers...'n YESSSS it was better than ???...not name dropp'n-- I don't wanna take away from anyone's pizza business...ggl'n 🤭
Our pizza and cheese bread was good but the service sucked. Employees were on their phones up at the front by register and when I came back to pick up my pizza they said they couldn’t find my order. If they would get off their phones and do their jobs I would have them 5 stars
I ordered a pizza at 3:28pm on August 22nd, 2024. I ordered it for delivery and tipped quite generously. To give context, I spent 3.5 years as a general manager for dominos, and understand what the tipsean to drivers. At 4:40 pm, I called the store to ask for context for why I hadn't been delivered my pizza yet. I spoke very nicely and politely to the young lady who answered the phone, when told me that she herself has tried to call my number 3 times. I asked her curtly but politely to speak to the manager, whom I was informed was both her mother and the woman making the delivery. I waited and was greeted impolitely by a woman who told me she had tried to call but received no answer. I told them it was past the point where I even wanted the pizza or to deal with unprofessional people, so I asked for a refund and the corporate number. I was told "okay" and hung up on immediately. For context, I have picked up from the location twice, and have seen employees sitting in the lobby on their phones while there are lines of customers out the door, delivery drivers swearing and badmouthing customers openly and within hearing distance, and employees openly eating in front of customers clearly just waiting for the food they ordered a time before. I have yet to receive a refund, and am considering calling both OSHA and the health department about these people. Whomever the mother and daughter are who clearly run this establishment should not be working there if they're willing to lie about calling a customer.
