I ordered a $7 fish fillet double with cheese and when I got home I had a single fish fillet with no cheese on a dry bun. $7 might not seem like much to a multi-million dollar company but I could have gone somewhere else and next time I will.

Been trying this place for a year or so and it seems that they never get better. You order something through the mobile app and you get there and they tell you that they can't process it and they'll have to refund you and you'll have to place another order. Customer service is subpar and weird.

The staff here is generally very friendly and efficient...its a McDs so pretty standard fare for fast foood and atmosphere...but the team here really makes the difference!

Had me wait at the 3rd window for some sauce. Never even showed up. Went inside to request my bbq and honey mustard, she looked at my receipt then proceeded to tell me the bbq is in my happy meal. I said no it isn’t that’s why I came in here?? Then told me I had to pay 28 cents for the honey mustard, didn’t end up getting that. Mind you, I was being ignored whilst I was asking for some help. On my way home I realized I didn’t get extra onions on my burger like I asked, and got extra pickles instead. I pray the workers get more help because the establishment is clean and the food is pretty good sometimes,

One of the worst mcdonalds consistently. I don't order from here anymore because they always get orders wrong or the just don't fulfill the order. Just avoid this one at all costs if you can, especially after about 7pm.

Last night I visited this McDonald's and ordered a 2a double cheeseburger combo and a 2b bacon cheeseburger combo. After paying, I was asked to pull into a parking spot because they said they couldn’t find my order. About 3 minutes later, a staff member came out and asked what order I was waiting on, then took my receipt.
Meanwhile, I noticed cars behind me receiving their orders with no issues. After waiting another 5 minutes with no update, my sister went inside to ask about our food. She was told it was “just being dropped.” Another 5 minutes passed with no food, so I went in and asked for a refund. I was again told the food had just been dropped, but this time I insisted on a refund and said I would eat elsewhere.
Only then—after about 15 minutes total—did they suddenly “find” my order and get it to me in about 1-2 minutes.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The lack of communication and urgency was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest one to home, but I’ll probably have to stop getting food from here. There’s always an issue. They can’t seem to get the order 100% right, or the food quality is poor. I’ve had 1/3 of a hotcake missing. The fish in the filet o fish was stale. I’ve also had missing extra fries in a happy meal and the wrong toy included. It seems impossible for them to get an order right.

We came in around 7 ordered two meal for sit down and ended up waiting 50 mins for food after talking to the workers twice asking about why the food was taking long. They answered with they are short staffed even though the costumers in the drive through were served fast with maybe a 10 min wait.
