UPDATE 10/17/24 - They appear to be righting the ship. After an extremely terrible experience with this location right after it opened, we swore it off. We only returned when the amazing Steak Egg and Cheese Bagels returned.
Did not use the kiosk or the app. Went to the counter and was pleasantly greeted. We sat down fully expecting to wait 20-30 mins like last time, but were shocked when our order was ready in less than 3 mins. The food was fresh and so hot we had to wait to pick it up!
The place was clean this time too. We are so happy to have McDonalds back. Thanks for making an effort to fix the issues.
We have since returned a second time, using the drive-thru with no issues. Again, did not use the app.

The worst service ( wait times) I've ever experienced. I'm sure this prime location could triple its sales if this place ran more efficiently. It's like this all day long. It starts from the top!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Idk why this place is even open. I just got food there maybe 30 min ago and first they gave me the wrong food then took it back from me after I ate a couple of fries from the bag and gave it to the correct person behind me!!! After I touched the food!! How disgusting. Then our food tastes like it’s days old and they just switched to lunch so idk how old the food was now because if they didn’t just cook it then when did they? Don’t expect much from McDonald’s anymore but good lord.

listened to smooth criminal (Extended version) while waiting for my Mango smoothie. After the song finished, I gave em another five-10 minutes patiently waiting for my smoothie. Still didn't get it. So I lost $4 and 15 minutes of my time.

Overall, this is mostly a run of the mill McDonalds I guess. Some days and times of day service will be stellar, others it'll vary quite a bit. I get it, but at the same time. It would be appreciated if order accuracy was better.
We've had a few times where we get the wrong thing or the wrong stuff on it/off of it. Today's situation was the wrong item. In our order we had a Quarter Pounder with Cheese that was not included, though instead we received a 10 piece chicken nugget. Annoying but it's whatever.

So trash. I waited for like 40 minutes for my food and when it came it was burnt. I was thinking that the burger beef also waited 40 minutes on the stove. Utterly ridiculous. Also, i can see multiple people waiting for their food. One person had a mobile order and just had to leave. Yeah! The one thing that makes the whole fast food process faster and still she had to leave. I get that their understaffed but you need people who's able to handle crowds. And i didn't know i had to say this but food too. If i could leave negative stars I definitely would.
If it's possible to go to another McDonald's even if it's pretty far out of your way, you're better off going there. This place does things like lose orders, get them shockingly incorrect, and they take forever to do all that. I don't know if this is a franchise location or corporate run one but somebody needs to do something about it. The amount of complaints I hear about it are just astounding and now I know that they're all pretty justified.

My fries were overcooked, which would have been great if they were salted. My QTR Pounder was on point, patty was mashed and over seasoned but I enjoyed it. My daughter’s happy meal was good also, everything was fresh and hot. The service wasn’t horrible, but the employees barely spoke to us. I had to ask for napkins and the sauce for the happy meal, and still wasn’t spoken to. The location was pretty clean, but with how slow it was l, I would have had someone in lobby cleaning tables and sweeping up. Over all I was happy with my visit! This was one of the better experiences for this location. Only time it’s been a bad experience is during a rush.

Just gonna add to the long list of bad reviews about this McDonalds location. I’m not gonna say I had a bad service experience but when I got my $5 McDouble everything including the sandwich, nuggets, and fries was cold and clearly cooked 3 hours prior. I have felt nauseous and had awful acid reflux 6 hours after eating the food. Avoid this McDonald’s location at all costs it brought shame to this wonderful McDouble deal they’ve come out with this summer.

Avoid this location - it’s absolutely terrible. I wish I could rate this location a negative ten. Three straight curbside orders have required me to go in after 20+ minute waits. Took 26 minutes post order to get food today. When this location opened it was solid for about a month. Now it’s bottom of the barrel.
Chicken nuggets and French fries orders for my kids are far too perplexing and challenging for the staff.
I don’t expect much from fast food, but the low bar is far too high to reach for an entitled staff.
