I have been sitting in line for the entirely of my 45 minute lunch break allowing for drive time from and back to my office. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Food is cold and service completely worthless.

If you cannot handle having 2 drive thrus, don't have 2 drive thrus. I sat at one menu and watched six cars pull up and order immediately at the other while I was told to "hold on, I'll be right with you." This is not the first time something like this has happened to me, but probably the worst case. I know this comes down to management and corporate overlords understaffing, but it is incredibly frustrating for the customer just trying to get food and get to work.

Stood there for 20min with my mobile order ready and they just kept there backs to everyone in the lobby while they served drive through. If you can't serve customers in your lobby then close your lobby. Common sense but that's not common.

Closed the lobby at 6 pm while I was in the bathroom and very rudely told my boyfriend to get out. When I come out of the bathroom the manager yelled “today dammit” at us as we were walking out. This needs to be fixed immediately as we were only picking up a DoorDash.
