I know this is going to sound crazy, but I had the best prepared and stuck Big Mac here. It was so carefully put together, perfect heat, perfect amount of product. This is how a burger should be. I am really AMAZED! THANK YOU!

Very mean manager this evening 7/19/2025 at 7:30p! She has no customer service and she was hella rude! My food was made sloppy and usually I don't have any complaints about this particular McDonald's but today was just the worst! Her face is blocked for privacy!

The speaker was working but the lady literally took 5 other cars orders before me by the time I left. I recommend firing whoever was at the speaker in July 18th 9:30.

This location has gotten leagues better in terms of the drive-thru (I haven't been inside) in the past few months. The people that have been there a long time and have stuck around are good folks, so I'm hoping the working situation is better for them now. I like to patronize (non-derogatory) them whenever I'm having a cheat day! The breakfast line has been especially speedy lately too.

Service was horrible, as usual. 3 times order was wrong. They never got it right. We just finally took what we were given. Cashier turned her back and walked away. Awful service

I have been sitting in line for the entirely of my 45 minute lunch break allowing for drive time from and back to my office. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Food is cold and service completely worthless.

If you cannot handle having 2 drive thrus, don't have 2 drive thrus. I sat at one menu and watched six cars pull up and order immediately at the other while I was told to "hold on, I'll be right with you." This is not the first time something like this has happened to me, but probably the worst case. I know this comes down to management and corporate overlords understaffing, but it is incredibly frustrating for the customer just trying to get food and get to work.

Stood there for 20min with my mobile order ready and they just kept there backs to everyone in the lobby while they served drive through. If you can't serve customers in your lobby then close your lobby. Common sense but that's not common.
