As an Uber eats driver, im simply trying to make money. I sat at the intercom for 15 minutes and then pulled to the window and proceeded to wait for 5 more minutes. The employee saw me and walked away standing by the bathrooms but I could clearly see her on the phone watching the line grow when I pulled around to leave, And proceeded to talk on their personal phone. I had to loose money because the employee didn't want to do their damn job.
So dilivery service workers beware.

Waited in the drive through for an ubereats order for 15 minutes with multiple cars in front of us. No one.was answering the intercom so we drove to the window. An employee saw us pull up and walked away. We proceeded to wait for 5 more minutes until the customer we were picking up for cancelled the order. Do not come here if you want service. They clearly don't care about the customers.

I spent 20 minutes at the drive through and had 7 people drive around and leave while i was waiting and the worker leaft to the back when i went around to ser if the intercom was working

Ordered BOGO for a dollar double cheeseburger and fries from the south parkway location Fries weren't fresh at all and the burgers were dry the price for this was8.62 McDonald's just keeps getting worse and worse

This is the best McDonald’s in Huntsville. The worst one is the one in front of Walmart off university
I will never go here again. 5 times I have them a chance and they are rude to people. They are extremely slow like be ready to wait 20-30 minutes. They don’t get me n any hurry to take your order or get your food and very rude.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever. Let start by saying I thought this may a quick place to grab a bite to eat being that I had a Drs appointment soon and man was I wrong. My son was like just use the kiosk and I thought that was ok but again wrong. They never told anyone how long the wait was and when a guy came up to me and handed me his receipt and said I could have his food that was my warning on how long it would take. At that point I knew I wouldn’t be able to do both eat and drs. I went up to the front and explained my situation and asked for my money back which no manager ever came up front and I had to leave with no food or no money. I went back after my drs and still my number hadn’t even been called. I waited again for a manager and nothing and so I was so upset that I left. I held on to my receipt and came back the following day and watched the girl tell the manager that I wanted to talk to her and she turned her back and never turned back around. I was appalled at how this woman even puts on a name tag that says manager. I left without nothing again. I will never ever go to that one near Sparkman Drive again. I hope that restaurant gets torn down and never rebuilds it. Wish I could this place a negative 5 stars

I was so pleased with how fast i got my food through drive thru but I should have know something was wrong. It's always a issue whn I go to this location 😒. I got my food and it was overly cooked or old. Fresh were cooked to long they were hard and fish sandwich was awful old hard and dry. I took a pic to report it but I didn't even report it cuz I don't want anything else from this location it's never fresh or correct...

Last night around 11pm I order from the McDonald’s Delivery App & I was on the phone the whole time with my doodasher when he asked him about my order and gave him my order number. It was the wrong bag the whole time I got someone else’s order I wasted money & time and they didn’t want to refund me. The person order I got which isn’t mines her food is still in the trash untouched and I didn’t eat anything from her bag. It was unprofessional & I’m calling their phone and they won’t answer.
