They used to be so fast and the food was great! I did an app order. I got to the speaker and no greating. I waited about 15 minutes, and the other cars barely moved. I just canceled my app order. Of course, the line moves up one car after I left the line. The last time I was there, it was not the best either. I won't be returning.

The staff is very short handed and two hours before closing they just stopped talking orders I was told “ we’re just trying to get out of here” @11:20pm the restaurant is open till 1amThe manager herself did not want to aid me in gathering information to file a complaint because they knew that they were in the wrong for not only lack of communication ( hey there’s going to be a long wait would you like to stay) vs telling us nothing like they did, having us wait over an hour (I was there from 10:13 after being told to leave the lobby,I have physical proof screenshots of conversations with my customer about the long wait)

Took over 30 minutes for a drive through. By the time we actually got to the window they asked us what we were waiting on. Then didn’t give us our drinks and asked what drinks we had including the size. Then immediately gave us the wrong drinks. The sweet tea was just sugar. I know McDonald’s sweet tea is really sweet but that was insane. The only reason I go here is because it’s the only one close to my house. And none of the food was even salted

You guys need to opt out of the delivery systems for a while until you can handle your regular orders first!! I mean this store is the most rudest, the slowest ( even with a full crew) and unfriendliest place I've ever been

Can't speak to the quality of food here as I was never able to order after waiting at the drive thru 8 minutes, at 8:15am. This was after nearly half hour just to get to the ordering speaker. Avoid at all costs.

From university drive to maxluther..to the parkway......these McDonald's are TRASH...employees rude..I'm a nurse..I dash cause it's convenient and we can't leave...I said no lettuce ...covered with lettuce... This from whitesburg drive. McDonalds.....down from the hospital
