One of the slowest places around here, food is very hit or miss and workers are generally rude and/or just unnecessarily slow moving.

Apparently McDonald's doesn't train the managers on how to cancel order aheads(mobile app). I placed a simple order and have waited basically 30 mins no food no money back. I just ate the money at this point (thank goodness it was a small order) and decided to go else where. This place is just sad and has nothing but issues. The "manager"was also on their personal phone it looked like and when they made eye contact with me they proceed to role their eyes. Please if you don't like your job go elsewhere. McDonald's also needs to train the managers better on how to handle situations. I even asked for a number to call for a refund, no luck lol.

Excellent service from the staff. Very polite and hard-working, despite them seemingly being understaffed.
Came here during lunch, and they were working on 10 orders at a time. I came in to the front counter and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone could help me. This was perfectly understandable. However, I apologize on the behalf of the very rude and impatient people who cannot see passed their own hubris and trying to make it seem like they were neglected by the workers.
You all do an excellent job and I appreciate the kindness and patience.

Every time I go here something is wrong. Usually the food is cold or has been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Today, I was trying to unlock my card in the drive through when I was asked to pull forward without paying. I was told that they can take care of me at the next window. I pulled forward while still trying to get my app to work to unlock my card. When I pulled up I hears "SIR, you need to move out of this drive through." I told her that my app was acting up and I'm trying to unlock my card. She said "Haven't you ever been to a McDonald's before? You pay there and get your food here!" Her attitude was atrocious and she was the MANAGER. I'll NEVER go to this store again.

When it was time to order the person just said yo .. said my order and asked for no cheese set in line for 15min and doubled asked for no cheese.. couldn't make it to the next window because they was arguing with someone standing in the drive thru. Finally got my order everything was cold and my burger was covered in cheese this place is a joke

Hello,

I would like to register a complaint for poor customer service at your location on 4002 University Boulevard in Huntsville, Alabama. The drive thru operator was incredibly rude and disrespectful to both me and other customers in the line and I want a record of her behavior noted.

I placed an online order (WS38) at 10:04 this morning, and arrived at the restaurant at 10:11. I marked myself as present at the restaurant and waited in line for twenty minutes before getting to the speaker. At 10:32, I asked for my order, and the operator told me that my order was not ready and that they would not be able to make it since it was past 10:30.

I told her that it should have been ready because I marked myself at the restaurant 20 minutes ago, and she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I then said I wanted my money back and she said it would post when the food wasn't picked up. I said I was unhappy with her rude behavior to me and others and she said "OK." And cut me off from communicating.

This kind of service is unacceptable if you are charging 10 dollars for two sandwiches. I am extremely disappointed that McDonald's does not value its customers or their orders. If this is the standard for your customer service now, I will simply never order again.

I am very disappointed and expect my money refunded immediately. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 days for it to post back to my account for your mistake.

I came through today 11/16 at 6:40pm and i had the absolute best experience with the sweet lady at the money window. She really radiated Jesus and joy to me. She made conversation with me and had such a contagious life. We need more people like her not only in food services but in every industry. Thank you so much for your sharing your light with me.
