If I could give them a 0 I would! The 2 times I’ve came here on my lunch break they mess my order up ! Then they already had me standing in the lobby 30 minutes! Then took 35 minutes to fix my order and it wasn’t even busy! 1 car in the line me in the inside lobby! MIND YOU I ALWAYS ASK GOR IT TO BE COOKED TO ORDER ! MY Receipt EVEN SAYS COOK TO ORDER! Gave me my food with a nasty attitude talkin bout it’s only 3 of us in here! WELL ITS ONLY ME ORDERING FOOD ! The managers have very bad attitudes! Second time made my order wrong I was nice and said I will not run up your time I’ll pull around after sitting outside for 20 minutes my wife went in and low and behold they hadn’t even started my order mind you maybe 2 cars in line nobody ordering in lobby there is no way! I will not be coming back here anymore that’s very ridiculous!

Worst McDonald's in Huntsville. You never get what you order and when you Ask for missing items the staff are beyond rude. Eye rolling, dramatic huffs and bitching. They are more interested in gossiping with each other than completing an order. Half the order was missing and not made. We were made to wait over 20 minutes while the staff laughed around on their phones. Do not recommend this location at all. We were patient and friendly and got nothing but attitude.

Probably the worst mcdonalds in huntsville. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to get thru a drive thru. Fries are ALWAYS lukewarm and unsalted. The staff will let 3 other cars pass you before even getting to you.
Staff was friendly and the food we received via drive through was good. They were out of certain foods and didn't give what we asked and paid for. Specifically asked for certain condiments and didn't get those either.
