The entire restaurant even the bathroom was nasty! It looked as if no one attempted to clean the dining area nor their work areas in days. It’s was fries covering the floor in the fry area. Seemingly every table was nasty from previous patrons. It was a disaster. I changed my mind and went someplace else to eat😩

I've just come from my local McDonald's .(sigh) I was very hungry on my way home from an early appointment, I didn't have time for a proper breakfast. So, on the way home, I thought of all of the many eateries I could've gone to, and I was so hungry I told myself I couldn't wait. I should've waited. All I wanted was a Dr.Pepper with my Fish Fillet(capitalized because of delicious importance)meal. I went thru the drive through 3 times because the soda tasted like cold seltzer water. I ended up with coke. I hate coke, sipped it to finish my meal and poured it out . The Fish Fillet was good. I asked for extra tartar sauce and when I took my first bite it oozed out eveywhere. My fries were supposed to be no salt... they had salt. Next time, I'll wait.

After ordering, I went to the pay window and sat. No one came to the window and the car in front of me had already left. After sitting a little bit longer, no one was still at the window, so I proceeded to the pickup window so I could pay and get my food. Melissa grabbed my card and instead of any type of apology or just saying nothing, she proceeded to tell me that "I should have waited" with a very negative tone. I'm sorry that I didn't wait for someone to take my payment, but instead wanted service from a service oriented establishment. I already didn't want to be there, but the kids insisted. This went from me being grumpy for the kids wanting to go there to pissed that I was responded to in such a negative fashion. For the manager or owner that reads this, order #1382.

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s on the planet! Fries was hot and fresh tho !
Dropped by last night to grab dinner and found the drive thru was totally full, so to save some hassle I ordered on the app and parked at the curbside. 30 minutes of nothing before I finally went in to grab my food. I receiveded my order of two sandwiches, fries, and a drink 40 minutes after ordering. I got home and found that I was missing a sandwich. Still waiting for a message about a refund.

I will say this, if your hungry and want something quick to eat... Don't come to this location at night.. lines are wrapped and don't move for about 10 mins at a time. I was in line for about 45 mins and the only reason I didn't leave cause I had already paid for my food through the app. Also make sure to check your food. I've had items missing or not even acknowledged for my customized items.. other than that if you go before lunch rush you are good to go.
