I just came through the drive through like 5 minutes ago and I’m missing my double cheeseburger and our drinks had no carbonation and when they were taking my order they were rushing me but the for get my foood ???? Please make that make since if your in such a hurry to get people out of your store why mess up ther order and then on top of that not answer the store phone when I call ??!! Yall really need to work on yalls customer service BC THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN HUNTSVILLE AL !!

Loved opening my son’s 6 piece nugget happy meal to find a hamburger patty. No bun, just a patty. That was a fun experience listening to my 3 year old son lose his mind because he didn’t get the nuggets wanted on his birthday.

I placed an mobile online order.They shorted us on our order. I called to tell the associate and the phone was disconnected. Then I attempted to call back and they will not answer. Great way to take care of problem. We will definitely not be coming back
