Ordered hot & sour and egg drop soup, crab rangoon and dumplings. The egg drop soup was clear and gelatinous, no flavor, the crab rangoon was burnt, the dumplings were undercooked and cold. Walked from across the street 8 minutes earlier then told it would be ready. Subpar at best.

I used to come here 2-3 times a week. Live farther now so less frequent, but came today right at opening 11am. Definitely has declined - tables and floor, right at open, weren’t clean, kung pao chicken w rice was decent but had maybe 2oz of chicken, wife’s salad very sugary. I still have faith, not trying to bury them but for ownership, get it together man.

waaaaay too cold. this is the 2nd time in a row that we couldn't enjoy our meal bc its so cold in here. freezing even with jackets on & sitting as far as possible from the door. When i ask about the heat, i was told the mgr controls it & the thermostat is licked. And they're not here to ask about it.

The food here is very good! Customer service use to be good but now no so much. I've sent several messages to management and haven't received a response. Some of sanitation practices are also questionable at be and I use to do public health insurance for government. It's never good to see a very good restaurant go bad do to lack of caring and management ignoring issues and hope the go away. I been going here for a few years before all this

When Mei Wei was located on University Dr their food quality & quantity was superb. Now at their new location the quality and quantity of food has declined. Also the taste of the food has declined as well. I order via Uber Eats I have to receive a closed stapled secured bag order correct since at their new location. It’s the restaurant responsibility to ensure all food items on the receipt that has been paid for is in the bag. PERIOD!

This is our go to for a late dinner take out. Food portions are a nice size and I'm a fan of the Lo Mein. I recommend the General Tao's chicken dinner and the egg drop soup. People are really nice there and always a pleasure doing business with them.

We went to this restaurant because it had gluten free options. The food was horrible! The beef was boiled. Nasty! The sweet and sour part was good but only had green peppers on it with the nasty boiled beef. Don't bother eating there! YUCK! My husband's pad thai was not so tasty either!

They were cleaning when I came in and I know it was close to closing, but I don’t appreciate someone sweeping in front of my face and moving up dust. Also I found a rock like substance in my food that chipped my tooth.

Store wasn’t busy at all at 6pm. Store was very clean and the lighting was nice. I ordered the General Tao chicken and my sister and mom both had sweet and sour chicken. Our food was tasty, hot, and delivered quickly. We ate in the store which felt comfortable temperature wise. There are bathrooms for guests to use. Staff wasn’t that engaged but they did their job well.

Suppose to be asian but lack the spiciness overall. Need control the sweetness as is too overwelming at times.Their chicken fried rice is nice tot, do ask them for chopped chilli as it pair really well togather.
