The Avenue Apartments Huntsville

My daughter lives here. It is a secure building, very nice apartments.

Great experience from beginning to occupancy. Very responsive and informative. Highly recommend!

Maintenance did a great job at correctly items (light bulb replacement, ac filter, and an electrical issue) quickly. Enjoy living here and the convenience of my commute to work and places to eat downtown!

Why is the AC so complicated?? I'm just trying to cool my apartment, not hack into the Pentagon.
It should be "up" for hot "down" for cold. That's all.
Instead you have this freaking puzzle of an AC unit that I'm still trying to figure out after 2yrs and there is absolutely no good excuse for this.

I moved to The Avenue almost 4 years ago as a temporary transplant from California. Moving here alone was a bit scary at first, but choosing to rent at The Avenue was the best decision! The staff and residents are friendly and considerate. The building is maintained immaculately and security is bar none. The units are airy, bright, open and spacious with high end finishes. I highly recommend The Avenue and am only leaving because it’s time for my return to California. ❤️

Five Stars for Yolanda. She has went above and beyond helping me get ready to move to my new apartment. Yolanda is the type team member we want on our teams. I hope The Avenue realizes what an asset they have with Yolanda!

Just moved in recently, and wanted to highlight a couple of things about one of the employees. Yolanda is a great example of what every company, organization, or business should look for in an employee. Moving is stressful already, but Yolanda made it as stressless as possible. Things happen and clickers to parking decks don’t work in the middle of the night, haha, but Yolanda shows up, let’s me in, and gives me a working replacement probably having woke from a dead sleep. It really brings me comfort in knowing this property has someone that works here, and cares like she does for the tenants.

My fiancé and I recently moved into the Avenue and could not be more pleased with our experience! Ms. Yolanda was absolutely fabulous to work with. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our move-in was seamless.

The location is excellent. Service was good and food was tasty. Tomato soup was the star for me. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry Lemonade and my son liked his mango Lemonade. Food delivered fast and hot.
