Just moved in recently, and wanted to highlight a couple of things about one of the employees. Yolanda is a great example of what every company, organization, or business should look for in an employee. Moving is stressful already, but Yolanda made it as stressless as possible. Things happen and clickers to parking decks don’t work in the middle of the night, haha, but Yolanda shows up, let’s me in, and gives me a working replacement probably having woke from a dead sleep. It really brings me comfort in knowing this property has someone that works here, and cares like she does for the tenants.

The location is excellent. Service was good and food was tasty. Tomato soup was the star for me. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry Lemonade and my son liked his mango Lemonade. Food delivered fast and hot.

We can't thank Yolanda enough for going above and beyond during my sons move to the Avenue!She was always available to answer our many questions which we didn't have many of them because she always was one step ahead of us making sure everything was taken care of before hand! She never said no, wait or I don't have time!Yolanda's Extensive knowledge of the property and surrounding area was also very valuable! She was Extremely responsive to all our calls and worked around our schedule when we could be there! I know my son will love the Avenue and it helps to know there is someone I know I can call on if needed since this momma is 5 hours south of Huntsville! If there were 10 %'s I would have rated it an 11% for Yolanda's performance!

Moving to the Avenue was a fantastic decision! Ms. Yolanda had made our moving in experience such a smooth and easy process and truly exceed our expectations! We have never received customer service like this at any other apartment complex we have lived in. Shout out to Larry for bringing us cold waters on move in day! He is great! The attention to detail to make sure the place is kept up nicely is unmatched. We have been greeted with a smile by the residents and invited to many of their community events. This place feels like home!

I recently moved into The Avenue. I first spoke with Yolanda on the phone, as I was renting "sight unseen". She is professional, knowledgable, personable, kind, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond her duties to help me find the perfect apartment for me. When I first arrived, we hugged, as if we were old friends. Johnathan, Jasmine, and Yolanda all helped make my move in an easy experience. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, the Huntsville Museum of Art, parks, trails, and everything else you could want. I love it here. Thank you Yolanda!

We were seated and waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. We ordered a Reuben and a roast beef melt. Both were decent but nothing great especially for the cost. $30 plus for two medium sandwiches and fries. The waiter was good. The hostess was good.The atmosphere was good and a good location. If you want to enjoy the bar, the view and the atmosphere then go. If you just want to grab a sandwich skip Melt and grab Araby's for half the cost.

This one really caught me by surprise. I had their Cuban sandwich, and let me say, it was the best one I’ve ever eaten. I also partook in their Alabama Mule, which was exceptionally flavorful, and honestly my favorite flavor of mule yet. My girlfriend had their club, and it was super Smokey flavored and everything a club sandwich should be. The fries are crispy and flavorful, and they have like a spicy brown honey mustard that goes perfectly with the fries. Her littler brother had a cheese burger with Mac and cheese, and that was mind blowing simply for a kids meal. All in all, definitely a place anyone should visit if you want some good lunch!

The Avenue is the BEST place to live in Huntsville. The Best location, amenities and service. Yolanda Sutton goes above and beyond for all of the residents. She is the reason I moved to The Avenue and I continue to appreciate her positive attitude and work ethic. She is always there to help the residents with a smile on her face. We happened to stop by here to look for an apartment for our son after visiting a new complex. The property manager, Yolanda, showed us around and we fell in love with her and the complex. She showed us all the restaurants around the complex and how fun the place was going to be. She even stayed really late on a Saturday night when we were caught in traffic so he could get the keys and sign his lease. I think he is going to love it there.
