Called to place an order. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude. Canceled order immediately! I’d rather drive to Jordan Lane.

Wings are seriously slimy. Skin on the Wings are slimy. Completely pathetic. See all the reviews with same problem. Literally all you have to do is up the cook time but I guess they don't care. Got 40 Wings and just throwing this trash in the garbage where it belongs. DO NOT GO HERE, THE WINGS ARE TERRIBLE. Should refund my money.

Every time i go get the fish plate the fish be good and fresh but the fries be stone cold after i tell can u plz make fresh frises they be cold every time

I went in yesterday and got a cheeseburger combo. The meat was so dry and salty. When I bit into it the burger was crunchy. The wings were not all the way done covered in so much sauce and the fries were hard and stuck together. I will never come back to this location. I always get this when I go to the other location. I came to this one due to me being on this side of town. I will just be sticking with the other location.

If you’re not eating at the JORDAN LANE location don’t go to this ?️ location. wings are fat and slimy as ever on the inside atleast the other location makes everything crispy. cajun ranch fries were soaked in grease like they haven’t been drained out at all, couldn’t even eat the food. A waste of 28 dollars. This will be my first and last and this horrible location i see why i only go to Jordan lane location.

Horrible experience I ordered 50 wings they didn't get the order right I asked for a refund on the wings they messed up and of course they say they don't do that. They didn't want to accommodate for anything for messing up my order and I had to drive 30 minutes for them to take it back. They acted like they were mad that they messed up my order and was rude. I would not recommend anybody come back here if anything go to the one on Jordan Lane hopefully they can get your order right and have better service.
