It was as I expected at a Moe’s. I wouldn’t say it was service with a smile this time, but I got my food fairly quickly, and I do love that Moe’s has lots of toppings that you put on your food.

Love the food and usually love the service, but essentially quizzing me on my order after I have already given the full name for pickup, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry that you guys have an issue with order theft - unfortunately that is not my problem and I will not recite the list of ingredients in my bowl in order to receive it. Will not return.

If I could give fewer stars I would. Most unprofessional and lack luster service. After not receiving everything I ordered and was charged for with a takeout order, I call to let someone at the store know and was laughed at as they hung up. Absolutely unacceptable service.

This amazing crew at Airport Rd fed our 80+ employees for lunch today. Love Moe's Catering!! It was incredibly delicious and fresh. Delivery was quick and they set it all up for us. Great job!!!

As far as all the Moe’s locations in HSV - this is the cleanest and has the best customer service. However, the food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great. Other times the cook on the beans, grilled onions/peppers/rice etc. is under.

The other day I spent $75 on three people to eat at a Mexican restaurant and the food was awful. Today I went to Moe‘s and I got loads of quality food for 10 bucks a person. The people were beautiful, fast and sweet, you don’t get that most anywhere, anymore. I will never go for Mexican anywhere else, Fantastic!

The service was poor. All of the topping items were not fresh and looked as if they had been sitting out for a while. The chips were stale. Not a good experience.

Since the new owner place looks good but food not as good. I used to go there all the time before the new owner. The staff was a lot friendlier. The beans weren’t dried out. The meat wasn’t cooked to the point of being burnt. Just went in there yesterday, which is about my third fourth time since the new owner took over. Nobody says welcome to Moes when you walk in the door like the old crew used to. Chips don’t have enough salt on them setting in the oil, obviously too long as I can taste it in the chip. It does look nice. The new owners cleaned it up, but he painted that I prefer the old crew who seem to care about Customer Service and good food. They tried to give me some dried up pinto beans last night and the chicken overcooked so I don’t think I’ll be going to Mo’s anymore.
