I wanted to share my most recent experience with ordering and picking up Moe’s on Airport Road. While my app experience wasn’t altogether great (that’s corporate’s fault), the actual pickup and food were fantastic. In recent years, I had felt like this location was on a downward slump. The restaurant often felt just a bit unclean and the food wasn’t as good as I used to feel Moe’s was. However, my visit on Saturday changed my perspective. The restaurant was quite clean and the service was prompt. I ordered on the app, and my food was ready prior to the estimated pickup time. The food was delicious and they gave us what I’d consider good portions. I’m unsure if there’s been new management or just a change in approach, but the team working Saturday evening 1/11 deserves praise! Yes, the prices are a bit much, but I can’t put that on this location or the staff. I’ll probably visit a bit more now that I’ve seen this improvement.

When I first started dashing, picking up orders, for Door Dash, there was a guy that worked here that ignored me, would stare at the bag holding the food I need to deliver, and another employee would end up giving it to me after waiting for minutes. I hadn't been back here for a while because nothing came up and nothing was missed since that man was wasting my time I would have rated this place with 1-star reviews. However, during this time, they must have changed employees because I have been in there a few times and the atmosphere is soooo different and much, much improved!!! The staff is friendly, helpful, outgoing, charismatic, and the orders are made in a timely manner so there is no excessive waiting where we are late with deliveries. These burritos are delicious - been a customer a few times - the food is great when you're in the mood for a good burrito. Management seems excellent since they solved problems within. I have a feeling if someone needed resolution for any problems, the managers would work with you. They seem to care since they changed my overall opinion over the course of the past few months with improvements in staffing. The mood is very positive and the staff is now efficient, working together well. The changes have been beneficial!

Came into this location of Moe’s and was greeted with a very lively atmosphere which I enjoyed. The line moved very quickly and the staff members were friendly and inviting. However, I am leaving a 3 star review due to the portion size of bowl I received. There was a considerable difference in the scoop size between my bowl and the two gentlemen ahead of me. Not sure if it is due to my smaller stature or the frequency that they dine at this location.

Quick and easy, just a great no fuss place for lunch or dinner. Foods delicious, stands up to all the other popular Mexican chains. Dont even get me started on the Poblano crema 👏 10\10

I go here almost every day with my mom and this place is my absolute favorite restaurant. And I also know the manager, Steve, he is probably in my top three of nicest people. All in all I absolutely love the restaurant. And Steve if you read this,thank you for all the amazing service you've done for me and my family.
It's just another burrito/ bowl place. It's ok. Nothing worth going back for. If they would lower the price and give reasonable portions, it might be worth it. If you like loads of food on top of slightly warm meat and rice, this might be the place for you.

This was my first time at bridge street moes. It's bridge street so I thought it would be better than airport one. First no welcome to moes. Second the quality of the food was really bad. I got there at 10:30 when they opened. The pico was old and looked like it was made 2 days ago. Was not fresh. The guacamole was dark green almost black. Witch meens old and no sour cream. I got nachos with chips and queso on the side. The queso didn't even fill the little cup half way. The spoon that was used was the same small spoon they have for salsa and you only get 2 spoons. The green salsa was almost empty and pretty much just water. That is all the not so good things I saw and experienced. The good thing is the store looked very clean. I will not be going back to this one.

I’ve always found store locations to be a little bit loud and overwhelming, but I would call acoustically challenged. I’ve also removed many of my preferred ingredients off the menu so eating there just isn’t as enjoyable for me anymore. While their online menu is more accessible than most, cursory glance didn’t show me any allergy markings. However, I didn’t spend a lot of time digging around for them. I’m the opinion that I’m no longer in a Hunter gather stage of evolution and shouldn’t have to work that hard to find something safe to eat.
Vegetarian options: As far as I know, the only vegetarian option would be tofu as a protein replacement, and skipping toppings like cheese, queso, and sour cream. Options are very limited.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a gluten or dairy allergy, I would double check every ingredient here. While I can’t find markings on the website for dishes containing allergens, I suspect that gluten is an ingredient in seasonings used on several of the protein options. I have not yet asked to confirm this, so I recommend being cautious and doing your own research to be on the safe side.
Parking: This place shares a large free parking lot with several other restaurants and stores. However, my husband and I have never struggled to find parking here.
Wheelchair accessibility: While there is wheelchair parking, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and wheelchair accessible, restrooms, navigating in the store seems like it would be a challenge. The space between rows of tables is narrow, as is the line for ordering. I didn’t notice any designated wheelchair seating, so that doesn’t mean there isn’t any.
