Moe's Southwest Grill

This place need's new management or something. Whoever is in charge of this Moe's needs to get this place together. I will never waste any more of my money in this filthy place. The workers
did not great us. We was just standing there, wondering if we was even gonna be waited on. We asked if we could get waited on. Then, the worker said just a moment as he was changing out some food. Another worker came over to help, but she still did not even say anything to us for real. No one even knows how to roll a burrito in this place. Three workers tried, as I just said, please just put it in a bowl. I should have just walked out because it was wasted money for real. Then, when we go to the salsa bar, you're stepping all in salsa and getting it all over your shoes. Then, as you look, it's disgusting all over the place. Corporate, whoever, please check on your location here!

If I could give a 0 for atmosphere, I would. So so dirty in there. No clean tables, garbage on the floor, disgusting where you get drinks and salsa.

Visited this location in Huntsville around 7:15 PM. Despite not being very busy, the servers were rude and the place was a mess—hard to even find a clean table. The food was cold and didn’t taste good at all. I’d rather spend more money somewhere else and have a better experience.

Better experience this week! Madison is still my very favorite location but as long as the food is good and pricing is consistent; it’s ok.

Did this look like chicken and how old does this rice look? Needed to literally fight with Uber Eats over refunding this. The Madison location and airport rd location are so much better it’s almost comedic. Avoid this location. Wish DoorDash and uber would catch on.

I had a very nice experience at Moe’s. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu is minimal, which I personally like for a quick meal, and everything was prepared with care and good quality. One of the girls even offered me to taste the tequila lime chicken before ordering — which I truly appreciated. I chose the bowl instead of a burrito and was very satisfied — the portion was huge! The only downside is that they don’t have any hot drinks like coffee or tea. Otherwise, everything was fast, neat, and pleasant. Big thanks to the girls working there. I definitely recommend this place for a quick bite on Bridge Street.

Barely any soda in the machine. Soda machine was disgusting. Floor was sticky. Entire place was kinda icky. Food was good.

Took a co-worker here yesterday for lunch. Waited in line with 4-5 other patrons. Watched the manager who was talking on her cellphone with gloves on near the POS system walk to the other side of the counter, grab a burrito wrap, begin making food for a customer, touch her cell phone again to put it away after the phone call was over and continued making food with the same pair of gloves on that she used to handle her own cell phone. After watching that, we walked right back out. Yikes and ewwww.

Highly unsatisfied! The bar was not clean and filled with toppings which should’ve been my first sign to reconsider. I spent $18 on ground beef nachos and my chips were staled. My food was not even edible. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog. I am so disappointed. The staff is amazing however there is a huge puddle of water at the drink machine that needs attention. Maybe they could use new leadership. I hate one of my favorite restaurants is struggling. I never make reviews because every restaurant isn’t perfect but I deserve a refund.

Staff is always friendly with us whenever we come in! Before even ordering today they explained to us they had a BOGO deal going on. It saved us a lot of money and we wouldn’t have known if they wouldn’t have told us! Food is always so good as well. Definitely worth checking out their $10 lunch special as well - it’s a hard to beat deal these days.

We ordered from this Moe’s via DoorDash last night and it was 0 stars. It was BOGO burritos but they only gave us one even though on the receipt it says 2. We ordered steak, they gave us rubbery chicken. We said NO BEANS, they put beans in it. We asked for fresh jalapeños, there were no jalapeños. They put green peppers in it and we did not ask for green peppers, we asked for Moe’s sauce, no Moe’s sauce. I checked the receipt to make sure it had the correct name and order on it and it did. Also $3.25 for a tiny cheese dip that is in one of their little salsa bar containers is robbery. $36 and couldn’t eat. Luckily got a refund for the food but I hope that Moe’s gets the hit and not DoorDash because it was not their fault. Don’t waste your money here.

Literally skipped me in line and went to the next set of people. Quit being so frustrated that you're busy. If you can't handle it get a new job. And learn how to greet people when they walk up holy cow.

I always have a great time when I come to Moe’s. Amy the bartender is a great one! She is very attentive and sweet. 10/10 service and food! I just wish they had hashbrown casserole more often.
