The food was old seemed as if it was used from the prior day, the workers did not have on hair nets nor had their hair pulled up/back while handling the food.

The absolute slowest service I have received multiple times. Constantly understaffed and the staff that is there is in no hurry. Plan to spend 6-8 minutes per person in front of you.

I had a very good experience. The food was good and the service was fantastic. Everyone was Very nice and friendly. I’m elderly and they took the time to really help me. I appreciate it. I definitely will be back!

I think Moe’s is going downhill—or at least this location. Around the early 2000s/2010s, my dad always took me to Moes on Airport Road, which was a much different experience. Each time, the beloved “welcome to Moes” greeting initiated a usually very pleasurable experience as I dined there growing up. Now that, cleanliness, a (more) connective customer experience, and better food seem obsolete. It's unfortunate! I fondly remember eating at the new(er) chain back in the day. Let’s hope it’s just this location that needs some improvement and not a blanket statement.

This location has a lot of challenges. The facility needs some attention as the stools are caked with filth and covers ripped. The fixtures appear to have been vandalized and not fully repaired.. and there's significant competition across the way too. Wish them luck. The kids minding/running the place seem to be doing their best though without the repairs it is impossible to keep clean.
