Tried Moe's Southwest Grill for the first time today and was blown away by how delicious it was!! It's located in The Bridge Street Town Center and is convenient to walk to while walking around the shopping center. I tried The Stack and it was DELICIOUS! It took a loaded quesadilla to a whole new level that I want to experience again soon! Another great part of my experience was the amazingly friendly staff. They were so personable and kind that it made me feel valued and cared for as a customer and person! They gave great recommendations so I could order what I'd like best - which they helped me do! It was also a great portion for the price, so I felt like I got a good serving for what I paid for and was happy with it. The salsa bar option was also really fun and made it extra fun as you can try the different kinds of salsa and do a taste test! Another thing I loved was the dining room inside and how open it was. All the windows made it feel very inviting and comfortable. I loved my experience at Moe's and can't wait to go back!

There has been 3 separate occasions which I placed an order online online to have to wait at least 30 mins AFTER my “pickup time” in the app. It’s not a great look to have to wait upwards of 45 mins to pick up a to go order. I can understand one time. Maybe they are having an off day. I can’t excuse 3 separate times of the same thing happening. The food is bland and the restaurant itself is always nasty and not stocked. The workers seem to not care in the slightest about what is going on here. This location needs some serious work. Shame on the management team and the GM.

Absolutely AWFUL. We ordered online, arrived at the pickup time, and 30 minutes later, they hadn't even begun to work on our order. Meanwhile, people kept coming through the line and getting their food, and several people came in for online orders and received those also. Also, the sauce bar was disgusting.

The worst Moe’s I’ve ever had! I had a burrito and it was completely tasteless. Meat was like rubber. Restaurant was nasty. Salsa station was awful and they hadn’t been open long (11:30am). The men making the food appeared as if I was bothering them. This location needs serious help!

Came in at 7:45 on a Monday night and the entire staff was practically closing the store. I didn't get my order taken after standing there for a while listening to conversation amongst the employees since I was being ignored. The store closes at 9. I don't see any reason the cleaning should have been so extensive this early that you had to completely ignore the customer.

Food was great. Service was ok. Seemed like we were being rushed ad the first customers of that day and we missed the famous “welcome to moes”.
I just ordered food for pick up and the pico de Gallo and red salsa smelled and tasted off. A wine, vinegary smell. So I know if I get food poisoning I'll know exactly what caused it.
The wife and I had an appointment at 11 we notice this place opens at 1030. So we got there at 1030 doors opens, first no greeting they just looked at us like why are you here. Then went to the back and ignored us while they got their drinks and ate. Then one guys said we will be with you in a sec, removed all the food wrappings. He walked away an never came back. After about 10 min we had to leave to make our appt on time.

I really like Moe’s, but I really dislike this store. The energy in this store is awful. Never greeted with the “welcome to moes” welcome. On my last visit, an 55 mins before close, all the chairs were up, all the salsas were gone, and when asked if I could have some salsa I was told no because they were all put up. Really wish I was a secret shopper so there is more I could do about it.
