The stuffed potato had a weird smoky flavor (beyond the smoked pork on it) and the redneck nachos were covered in cold, hard, white "sauce" that tasted like fake cheese. It all feels like a lead weight in the gut now. Our friend enjoyed his wings.Service was quick and friendly.This is a very loud place (at least the music was good), with a loud speaker calling out every person's order throughout the whole restaurant. Not the place to come if you want to have a conversation.

This is one of the highest ranked BBQ places in Huntsville so I gave it a shot. The cook had to call someone to take my order. I asked what was most popular and they said everything was good. I ordered a rib platter with baked beans and mac n cheese. Beans were really good, if they had an hour on the smoker they would be great. The mac n cheese was just that, no flavor lacked salt and creaminess. The ribs were chewy, lukewarm warm, very little smoke ring and corn bread was grilled on one side - it was cold.It was okay, but not great and not one of the best.If I lived in Huntsville it wouldn’t top my list.

I have been in Huntsville Alabama for three days now and this is by far the best food I’ve had. I had the pulled pork platter with baked beans and coleslaw. The pulled pork was so amazing. It tasted very fresh and the barbecue sauce with a cherry on top. It also comes with cornbread, which is toasted on both sides, making it absolutely delectable. I ate my meal in about three or four minutes it was that freaking good. I did do a 5 mile trail run right before so that might’ve also helped with my appetite. Lol. I heard a lot of people talking about the wings so I’m going to need to try those next time.

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered the Pulled Pork Platter with baked beans and banana pudding with cornbread and the redneck nachos. The meat was tender and juicy. The baked beans were good. The banana pudding was okay. It appeared the side was premade and set aside vs being made fresh.

Moe's is our BBQ staple in Colorado, so when we found out there was one in Huntsville, we were so excited.Cool ambiance, and the ribs are always really good, but the sides are really what this place is about. Some days the selection on sides are better than others but it's usually pretty good.
