Mrs. Winner's Chicken and Biscuits

Slow service. Drive thru ordering system does not work. You have to order at the window. Restaurant employee was forgetful and forgot half my mean and my dessert.

Toooo expensive for what you get. Feels like a poor copy of Kentucky fried. I probably won't be back.... service was a 5

I was so excited to see that they were here having gone to a couple in Atlanta. Waited in a long drive thru line for about an hour to get chicken that wasn't seasoned properly and sides that left much to be desired. Thought it was growing pains and pandemic related staffing issues so we gave them another try this past Sun 10/17/21. Same thing but this time we were the only ones in line and it still took 20 minutes. I thought "wow... it will be piping hot".... NOT!!!!Chicken still had no seasoning and tasted burnt, green beans I swear served straight out the can Uncooked, they forgot my cinnamon swirl and attempted to call but no phone number online or the ticket. The Huntsville location needs to shutdown and regroup. Sad representation.

It was disgusting!!!! I ordered catfish fillet with shrimp. The catfish had bones in it, the slaw tasted spoiled, the shrimp was good

I went here 10/13/21 through the drive through where there was a sign that pretty much said "Review the menu, then pull to the window and place your order". I decided to order 3 of the 3 piece tender dinners, which are priced at $7.49 a piece or something similar... I get to the window and Iesha is the cashier, she tells me my order is $30 and some change.

Only one in line, didn't have of all things chicken fingers ready, 5 minutes to cook, bad taste barely any breading and fried okra was near black incredibly overcooked. Only thing good was the sweet tea. Gave them a chance and now it's their only chance. Heard this place was supposed to be a good chain?

Nothing authentic about this place. Very salty. Missing items in order. Doesn’t taste fresh. Only thing that was good was the biscuit. My husband didn’t enjoy his chicken and I didn’t enjoy the country fried steak. Was a total disappointment.

We ordered two catfish plates with shrimp. One with spicy coleslaw and the other with fried okra. After a long wait, we received our order. Got home and found we had no sides. Catfish was good, but batter was falling off shrimp.

We enjoyed the chicken and the wedges are delicious! Welcome to Huntsville! We can't wait to try the Catfish yummy! Priceless

Avoid this place at all costs. Food is DISGUSTING. They gave me a half gallon of spoiled UNSWEETENED tea after asking multiple times if I wanted sweetened or unsweetened… I told them SWEET each time. The sides are bland to put it nicely. I’d rather be served food from a school cafeteria.
