While it is great to have valet parking at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta GA, it is, to say the least, annoying for the valets to reposition the windows, and/or seats in the vehicle and not reposition them.Yesterday I used the valet parking and for the second time, I had to have a repair on my window as it doesn't easily return to the up position.I'm still trying to understand why the window was repositioned in the first place. My car was not secure during my visit to the hospital and I truly didn't appreciate finding out upon my return,which was after valet parking hours.This is a practice that needs to cease. My belongings could have been stolen or my interior damaged with a change of the weather. Do better in Augusta GA.
