Our order was wrong two weeks ago and since this is a regular place for us to go eat we did tell Wes the manager. Wes made our order today free and it was awesome. We actually had chicken sandwiches instead of chicken salad and we both said it was the best sandwich we have ever had! We also had a pizza that was delicious and shared a piece of caramel cake. The staff is always friendly and helpful and wait times are quick. We definitely will be coming back. It really is our go to place when I don’t want to cook.

Will not be giving this Newks any of my business in the future. My son has severe food allergies so we simply tried to order a side of chicken for him. Upon asking for that, we caught some major attitude from the cashier and then sit down to hear her and the kitchen staff running their mouth about us from the open air kitchen….I am sorry some chicken for my 2 year old ruined your day.

We have been eating at this Newk’s location now and then for at least 10 years, and stopped by last night for dinner. The man at the counter taking orders did not greet us when we walked in, and he was abrupt and rude when we placed our order. I ordered the new Pesto Pasta Chicken Caesar Salad and was disappointed with the order. The lettuce was not crisp, and the salad was smothered in far too much of the Caesar dressing. So smothered that the only thing I tasted was the dressing. Atmosphere-wise, I do not think this restaurant has been upgraded in all of the years we have been coming. It is definitely old, outdated, and in great need of a thorough cleaning and renovation. I’m sorry to say that we will not be returning any time soon.

This restaurant is close to our house, so we eat here often. We have always had great service, and the food quality is excellent! You can tell how clean a restaurant is by how clean they keep their restrooms, and the ones here are always spotless. The last two times I've been in Caleb has come to the table, and even offered to make a special order for me. Great manager, great food, great restaurant.

I would recommend this location! Had a little miss communication with my order and Mr. West ( Gm) came in and handled the situation so great! He helped us out and we had a great lunch. They have the best dressings and sandwiches made to perfection.
