While on our day date my wife and I stopped in for a bite. Be prepared to take a few steps as it is located in a shopping center and the parking lot is shared. My wife who loves Pizza Chef in Florence says that her sub was equally desired from Newks. I vied for the spicy shrimp pizza with cauliflower crust. (The crust was a little darker than desired). Options for sugar free drinks were diet Coke, diet Dr. Pepper, and Splenda sweet tea with. We started with the tea and quickly...

Went after church. Should have expected the chaotic atmosphere of kids and families. Got the half sandwich (ham and Swiss) and chicken tortilla soup. Both were very good. 4 stars for service because the dining area was not very well maintained and several chairs we tried were broken.

I placed an online order and picked it up from around the job site. I was working on. We used to have two in Birmingham, I remember now why I loved it so much! Great sandwich and it was ready when I walked in the door! Highly recommend this place!
