Popped in to get my annual Birthday perk, was greeted by the friendly staff and walked away with a Pumpkin Spice bundlet. I always leave here with a smile. Happy Birthday to me!!!

Ordered a cake to be picked up at 3pm. Arrived at 3:30….they had given my cake away. They dug through trash to find the receipts, no apologies. I waited 15 minutes for them to make the cake- with the incorrect colored decor and signs that I had originally asked for. 🤨 No sorry for your inconvenience, no compensation. So now we have an AL colored bday cake for my UGA fan husband. I’m sure the cake will taste delicious but come on customer service.

I ordered a cake to be delivered on my granddaughters birthday I ordered it on a Friday they leg me pay for it $60 might I add then the at of delivery it isn't delivered nor is the store open

Went in this morning and got 7 small Bundt cakes. The young woman at the register so friendly. I was in and out in a snap. The cake we ate was simply AMAZING! We’ve already scarfed one down and can’t decide which we’ll eat later. Great place!!👍

To other Nothing but Bundt fans, this store does not honor the cooler bag deal. While visiting Huntsville, we drove out of our way to this store. The lady in front of us just ordered one free cake. We were going to purchase the three to get one free. To not honor the three and one free is definitely their prerogative, but I was confused as to why you honor the free one without purchase and not the purchase with a free one. On to the next Nothing But Bundt adventure. We were sad to not add this store to our long list of Nothing But Bundt travel fun.

Ordered food at least 10 minutes before their “rush” last night. Once the “rush” showed up, those customers started receiving their food before we got our carry out. I questioned the employee at the register area and was told I would just have to wait because now they have a “rush”. REALLY!?! I have never had any issues at this restaurant but I highly suggest you do not try to go there when they may receive a “rush” because you may just have to wait until after 50 or so people get their food.
Very rude. Very unprofessional. Very disrespectful. Very disappointing. I ordered first should have received my food first or in a timely manner.

Poor service always trumps good product. Sour faced employee who refuses to look at me or even smile cause me to reconsider my purchase. Spending $50 on seven cakes should at least merit a smile and a thank you. They never have special pricing or deals.

I made an on line order so o could just run in and out and I was there 30 late so they had time and what happened I was standing in the lobby waiting for them to make my order 🤯I work customer service and this was not how I would have handled this situation ! No apologie for having to wait nothing so I was very disappointed and probably won’t be coming back any time soon .

Key lime and banana pudding needs to be on the menu period. I thought strawberries and cream and white chocolate were my top ones but I was wrong.

Had 12 small cakes..on the 12th of January for my Birthday on the 13th They was Dry and hard..I spent over 45.00 I will never buy again..and they have a NO replace policy..a waste of money..I'm very disappointed 😡

Walked out the door and immediately walked back in to swap out one of the flavors of the cakes, and they refused to change it, even though my bag was still sealed. They made me pay for another one will never come to this location again

Kinsley was amazing!!! We arrived right at the point of closing and she helped get my daughter the Bundt cake she was waiting for after a long 12 hour drive. Amazing customer service and empathy and warmth. Thank you, Kinsley!

Store closed early, 6:55 and sign is up to come back. Employees were cleaning and ignored me as I came to the locked door.Owner emailed me to accuse me of lying and not coming to the store and no sign being on their door. I have no reason to post a false review.
