Exactly what one would expect from a family chain. Decent food. Decent service. Family atmosphere.

Here I had the best burger of my lifetime. Anyone could tell the food here is masterfully crafted and will taste amazing.

Food was great. The first server he was nice but he was backing up someone and she was unfriendly and awful. I ask for extra rolls and they stated 9 minute wait. I was traveling and I love O'Charleys and decided to stop. This was not a pleasant experience.

The prime rib is very good. It is $15.99 during the week and $13.99 Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On the weekends both have to get the prime rib for that price but not during the week.

Service was good. Jeremy was very attentive. Food was very good. I had the chicken pot pie & it was excellent right down to the gravy....mmmmmm. I would definitely eat there again. Excellent menu choices.

It seems the Sunday crowd today was overwhelming for this location. Better luck next time. Waffles cold, prime rib undercooked.

We've become regulars since we've had such wonderful service. The food is fast and delicious. Every weekend we eat here and are always pleased. Once we got a free pie since the server forgot to tell the cook to leave something out of a dish.

Mixed reviews here. Lunch on a weekday is 5+ stars.. Weekend at dinner is the worst. The place was not slow, but not packed either. Plenty of empty tables. We waited 30+ minutes only to get one set of rolls and a poorly mixed drink. Maybe inexperienced staff/under staffed.. Unsure. Were not checked on, refills were non existent.. We ended up leaving without dinner.

Won't be going back, and that's a shame. Last week we stopped by for dinner. Restaurant was half empty, and we were told it would be a short wait... 20 minutes later we are still sitting there waiting for a table. We left. Today we went for lunch. Immediate seating, but no waitress for 15 minutes. Finally got someone to take our order and it was another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. There wasn't much of a crowd so it wasn't because of a huge strain on the staff or kitchen. The quality of service and food has been steadily declining for the past few months.

Charlie! O-mg. I had the Southern Fried Chicken Drizzled with honey. I am a chicken fanatic. There was way too much Honey on this one. Drenched is the proper word. We love your place. I think the last, first time I had the Chicken Pot pie. (see a trend here). I offer a suggestion, there is nothing like good ole Southern Fried Chicken, or if you can pull it off a 1/2 roasted Chicken. Which is the first ting I look for. Can the Honey. See ya next time. BTW, Thin lady, dark hair, sharp, cracken southern accent. Great waitress.
