Katherine was so refreshing to have as a server. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Food was decent, prices a little higher and upcharges for everything.
Mongolian beef was good, but $22 for the entree (that usually comes with brown/white rice) and a $4+ upcharge for fried rice is ridiculous. The portion of rice should have been much larger for that price and there was no egg, no veggies in the rice. The Thai Peanut salad was good, aside from it missing peanuts, added chicken, and thr chicken was ice cold, literally icy, while my salad was slightly warm. Didn't see the server to ask if it was supposed be cold. At a fast food restaurant cold chicken is normal, but not here.
Take out order for a birthday treat and I spoke with 2 different people whom claim they would be sending the order out and it was set to be picked up at 5:23pm and it’s currently 5:44pm and still waiting on cake! Idk where they had to order the cake from another country or something idk why it takes so long to bring out some cake! I have my daughter with me so curbside pickup was easier for me!
Food is good. Service is pretty good. One highlight is that they do have menu items that are marked as available gluten-free (wife has celiac), and our server was knowledgeable about the gluten-free items on the menu.
I am not pleased with PF Changs at Bridge Street. We walked in and the hostess told us that it would be a 25 to 40 minute wait. It was not busy at all, so I asked what the wait was for. She said that they had lots of reservations to get to first. We sat down to wait. Oh a whim, I decided to check their online reservation site and it showed that they currently had reservations available for 2 people at that moment and every moment after. I decided to make a reservation while I was there waiting for the 40 minute wait. I made the reservation, showed the hostess that their online reservation was ready. She then told me that they don’t honor the reservation that I made online. I asked her point blank, “So my reservation that I made online is not valid and I have to wait for the 40 minute walk-in wait. Even though it showed they had a seating for 2 available”?? She said, yes that is correct! I’m not even sure how she can justify that. I just decided to leave because I was frustrated at the hostess. She wasn’t friendly to begin with and then to say they couldn’t honor the online reservation. Why would I need to wait the 40 minutes when I had just reserved an available seat? I think she was irritated that I had somehow figured out how not to wait the 40 minutes that she originally told me. Just really wasn’t happy with the front door service. I won’t go back to this location.
We, and 2 other families, waited at the hostess desk several minutes. No one acknowledged us, they seemed indifferent to customers even though they were far from busy. The restaurant smells like stale water. The floor was very dirty and remained so from the time we were seated until after we finished eatting and left. Food was barely acceptable, China King level, bland and unseasoned. The Hot and Sour soup had some kind of meat in it... very strange. This is NOT a high end restaurant, we paid too much for food that was the same quality as 88 Buffet.... and an environment not much better.

My family and I had an excellent experience here. We had a reservation for six and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our waitress, Breanna, greeted us right away and was very helpful in answering all our questions about the menu. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered thoughtful recommendations. Breanna was professional, polite, and attentive, consistently checking in on our table throughout our meal. The food was outstanding. My wife and I shared the Asian Caesar Salad and the Mongolian Beef—both were absolutely delicious. Our kids enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken from the children's menu, along with the rice that accompanied it. The shift manager also stopped by our table twice to ensure we were having a great experience, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was pleasant, although it was a bit cold, and the lighting could use some improvement as a few bulbs appeared to need replacement. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning soon.

The food is beyond disgusting! it wasn't at all Asian food. I've never had fried chicken with lo mein.
I'm a long time fan of P.F. Chang's, but something has changed. The food is just not as good as it used to be. It's not bad, it's just not the same. It doesn't seem fresh. I ordered the Spicy Chicken and the chicken seemed to taste like previously frozen and battered chicken like you would by at the grocery store. Our favorite Hot and Sour soup was ok, but something seemed a little off there as well. Hopefully, things will improve. But it has been like this for the past several times we have visited. I'm not sure we will chance it again.
Ordered the new teriyaki beef and it came out minus the peppers, but they graciously sautéed the missing item and brought it to the table.
My order had warm and cold spots. Most of my broccoli was undercooked and cold. The sauce was runny. It was the worst PF Chang's experience I've ever had. The other people in my group seemed pretty happy with theirs. I don't know if it was because I needed gluten free or what. I have always had pretty good luck with P.F. Chang's in the past.
Service was great and the food was excellent. I have not eaten at PF Changs in over 15 years as the food was salty and over priced for the quality and quantity of food received. I was surprisingly shocked with our latest experience in Huntsville.
