Given the waitress had only two tables it took forever to get our food. We had to ask three times for silverware. I had guest in from out of town and actually I was a little more than disappointed overall and I love P.F. Chang's so this is hard to write the floors were dirty and it was 630 and hardly anyone was in there.
We went with friends on a Friday night. My food and one of their cocktails were terrible. The server and manager were wonderful. They took the items off our bills, gave us free appetizer coupons for the future, and sent us home with free desserts. We've eaten at these restaurants in two states recently and the quality overall has gone down.
Food was decent, prices a little higher and upcharges for everything.
Mongolian beef was good, but $22 for the entree (that usually comes with brown/white rice) and a $4+ upcharge for fried rice is ridiculous. The portion of rice should have been much larger for that price and there was no egg, no veggies in the rice. The Thai Peanut salad was good, aside from it missing peanuts, added chicken, and thr chicken was ice cold, literally icy, while my salad was...
