“So I’ve been goin to Mei Wei for some years but I must say, for them to be an Asian Bistro, they make better fried rice than most of the “authentic” Chinese places in town! My fave fried rice was from Ding How before they closed. Mei Weis rice always has huge succulent pieces of chicken, egg that’s slightly fried and perfect broccoli carrots and peas! I hate a skimpy Fried Rice but Mei Wei ALWAYS delivers! And don’t get me started on the Thai coconut curry soup… chefs kiss! 🧑🏽‍🍳“
