The food here is usually pretty decent, but it seems like you need to plan to be there at least 3 hours before they close if you want a chance to be able to order what you want. During a recent visit at about 7:40pm, my wife and I went in with the intention of dining in. When most items were missing, she asked “will there be any more of these being made?” She was told “well…only if I call for it, but we haven’t been too busy so we’re not making much.” My wife decided to try her luck on something that had clearly been sitting around for quite some time, while I decided to forego eating entirely. If you’re going to effectively close at 7:40pm (or earlier seemingly) because you can’t be bothered to make any more food, then just close. I understand that business likely slows towards the end of the day, but it doesn’t seem unreasonable to expect a restaurant to still offer food 1.5 hours before close.

Was service by denia m . Food not portion right and then they wanna argue with you about about half fixing it and wanna charge more. Ask for sauce wasn't enough for my 3 plates just bad service all around their excuse is everybody fix the plates different but clearly looking at all 3 of my orders the plate was not full at all Shower plate around to the whole staff as if it was a joke food too high to be half doing right by customers

Got off work and wanted a nice meal but. Instead I got some gross mess. I ordered a plate with white rice! And tasted burnt so I’m assuming it was Burnt and the top wasn’t and they still served it and I ordered honey shrimp it had some yellow stuff on it and smelled sour! This type of stuff makes people never want to come back.

My brother who is disabled ordered food from here online thru there website I helped him place the order and for some reason the order was put in as a pick up when I put delivery and it even had delivery instructions my brother then called and was told by the shift manager that she couldn’t process a refund because she wasn't authorized to do so at the point I called and was told by that same manager that she was going to call me back to figure out how she could assist me that went straight to them no longer answering the phone so at that point I had to pay for a Lyft to go pick up the food that was ordered because at that point we have already paid for food the fact that the shift lead couldn’t do anything band instead of her calling back h she just ignored the call and to top it off the food wasn’t even hot it was cold this was a horrible experience and I will not be back poor customer service and the lack of concern for customers

850 on a Thursday night wait in line just to be told they basically have nothing but two items. I work in the industry as well and this is a joke. I can see a huge amount of staff in the kitchen/a manager and they can’t figure out how to not run out of food?!? Such a joke… like pretty simple it’s called cook the food you have on the menu with the massive staff you have in the building … the whole the kilchen is about to close line is also a joke

Have attempted to eat here twice. Counter in serving area is dirty, chunks of food all over. They don't clean as they go. First Panda I've been to that I've seen this. First time I thought it was a fluke, second time was a nope. Most entree items are empty. Even an hour before close. Haven't eaten here yet and will avoid for fear of getting sick. Folks seem nice, but with 6 or so staff and not busy there should be cleanliness and food ready to serve.

Black pepper steak & cho mein . 1st time here. When you walk in many workers say hi. That was very nice after a very long day at work. The lady help me decide & she ramg me up.Very helpful. Mostly everything has veggies with the meal. I would come back. The tables and floor was dirty with trash. A lady did tidy up as I was eating though. The steak bowl was good a tad spicy. But good.
