I placed an online order that took 30 minutes for them to get ready. I had 1 order of orange chicken and 2 orders of sesame chicken and they told me they could only give me orange chicken in the end. Everyone there was moving slow and they had 3 different employees come up to me asking what my order was and then told me they will get it ready and it still took 30 minutes past when it said it would be done. Do not recommend eating here if you want some quick food and somewhat good service.

Went today for hot Orange chicken it was fresh also fried rice.got my kid cub Meal with regular orange chicken it was also fresh..Husband had steak and hot Orange chicken with vegetables..these couple months Panda has been great I’m guessing it’s new management but overall service is great

Came here a couple weeks ago and ordered to-go for myself. Fried rice with orange chicken is my go to, but they were skimpy on the fried rice this time which was disappointing. I did come back last week and ordered dine-in, the portions were better that time.

Ordered food through mobile app. 12:10 was the pickup time. Got there at 12:15. I was greeted by all the staff everyone was warm and welcoming. And THEN… I watched a hand full of customers get their food and go. I didn’t say anything. After 12:30 I asked what is the hold up? The team member looked at my order on my cell and went to check her computer. I assume my ordered wasn’t there. She came back and asked me was I at the right location. I read out the address and she said okay.She then went back and started assisting others, Instead of just making my food, so I clearly can get out of their lobby. I waited until 12:40 by this time the cashier asked could she see what I ordered and went to make my food. This was my first bad experience with this location. I will not hold this against them but that was a very unpleasant experience.

Came through the drive thru to pick up my online order. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait for my food to be prepared. I get out. Go inside and how about my order have been sitting as I waited for more than five minutes if I hadn’t got the attention of the workers it would have been another 10 minutes. Just horrible customer service.

The food was subpar service was not friendly and of course the fountain drink machine was out of order and no one told us until we had our food. And the drink selection at the checkout was very warm

Portions are 90% rice and the rice was very dry. I ordered a sprite and it was so watered down it was just carbonated water. My drink did not have ice either.
Meat portion was very small and mostly tasted like sugar. It was very sweet and unpleasant.
Service was quick and staff was very nice.
Overall I recommend going to a small locally owned Chinese food place not here.

Have been here often. The food is usually good. This trip it was extra good. Fresh & hot every thing tasted great. Husband got reg plate orange chicken & chow main I got large plate honey walnut shrimp & orange chicken with chow main. I loved the honey walnut shrimp so much it was my favorite part of everything. Two drinks one a soda & other a mango pomegranate drink which was yum yum!! We got spring rolls, an egg roll, cream cheese wontons, & an apple roll. The egg roll & spring rolls were ok the apple one needed way more filling. But everything else was great. Service that day was good no issues very friendly. We spent $45. All extra good was intended for later as well & we had plenty for what we spent. Restaurant was clean and we're glad to have stopped that day!
