They were out of 90% of menu items, which would be fine. I just ordered what they had. The people in line ahead of us wanted to wait for something to be made, which is also fine. The problem is they just let my food sit there for 30 min without letting me pay or eat, because they wanted to serve the people waiting first. I ended up walking out.

The food was one of the worse I’ve ever had here. To be honest, it’s better to order to go and eat it here. It seems like you get bigger portions. The food was also cold. The only thing about the service that was good, was I was greeted and that was it. We order two entrees and got 1 fortune cookie and two soy sauces. I still like Panda Express and will be back in the future, but not to this one!

If you're not going to open on time, you do have other options than getting rude with a customer. First management should put a sign up in the drive-thru to let customers know they're not opening sue to maintenance. When they pull to the window, have a sign and do not get rude when asked why you're not open on time. POLITELY let them know there is maintenance going on.

Never again! I wish I read the reviews before going here. My husband got so sick from this place and the manager here could care less. Spoke with the area manager and will continue to escalate this to every department and agency necessary if proper measures aren't taken to rectify this situation.The manager I spoke to should be fired for disregarding my complaint and hanging up on me. Rest of staff needs to be trained in food safety and handling!While there the staff was rude, and too busy chatting than helping customers. No wonder this place has the reviews and amount of stars that it has! I will never come back to this location.

I hate to give this store, a one star because only one actual person which was a young man with a nice Attitude and outstanding customer service, was working while the rest of them were laughing and giggling while another customer besides me was waiting on their food for 20 minutes. When I say Unprofessional / high school vibes. This is a place to be. There is a girl with a blond wig and a girl with dreadlocks that I feel like they should be retrained and taught what professionalism look like.
