We visited this location for breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience and service have significantly declined. The food was decent at best, but the staff was anything but helpful. They were rude and yelled at us if we wanted our bagels cut and toasted, suggesting that we should have “told the kiosk.” Meanwhile, the team member was standing off to the side, staring at us. This location used to be much better, and it’s sad to say that we won’t be returning. The food was fair, but the service was horrible.

We have visited this Panera Bread over the last 10 years and will have to say that this location has rapidly declined. The service was poor and unkind by an employee, Deborah. The food was delivered cold and the drink machines were being blocked my a worker using a ladder. The ladder was never moved while not being in use, which made refills difficult to obtain.

My pickup order 138301, 10/15/25, 06:40 PM was incorrect. I found I had a salad instead of a sandwich (Mediterranean) when I opened the bag. My wife enjoyed the salad and would have it again. The Mango Smoothie did not taste right; it was borderline bad. I would not order a Smoothie here again. My ciabatta cheeses steak was edible. The bread was good; the beef was minimal.

The portion control and the quality and quantity of food is horrible.....Luke warm soup cold toasted sandwich are you kidding me.....havent been to a Panera in 7 years and its worst today.....2 1/2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup 2 drinks $32....never again

Unfortunately we keep having issues with our orders here, to the point where we would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location. My husband picked up our food this morning and they had to remake his order twice, and when we got home and I pulled mine out, they made me a sandwich that isn't even on the menu. It's frustrating that for the amount we are paying we don't receive a consistent product.

Our favorite spot for pastries! My hubby stopped here today to pick up some Orange Scones. They are always fresh and yummy, with an icing drizzle that is just perfect. The orange flavor is a bit tangy and a bit sweet.....A perfect pastry for a snack, breakfast or even dessert.
