No one to physically take your order or acknowledge you entered the restaurant, multiple tables dirty when they are not busy, bathroom floor sticky and bathroom trash can overflowing and out of a hazelnut coffee. At least the food was good, not great, but good.

Ok, I used to go to Panera ALL THE TIME. Now, it is overpriced, I usually get stale sandwiches, and the food doesn’t have the same kick it used to. I miss what Panera was! Everyone is always so nice though!!!

So I have ordered here in the last 4 months close to 20 times. I order the same exact thing almost every time, basic Ceaser Salad with grilled chicken, avocado and hard-boiled eggs, you can count on them messing this simple order up 50% of the time. The last two times the salad was about a quarter of the size of what it has been. 17.00$ for a cup of salad and terrible service is just ridiculous. Needless to say, I will no longer order from them and spread the word at my business.
I am a loyal customer I have been coming every Wednesday morning for the past 2 months. However, I will not be giving by business to this location anymore id rather go to another location even though my job is literally across the street. I did a pick up order this morning ordered a garden avocado sandwich and vanilla latte the app said it would be ready by 7:10, why did I receive an email saying it was ready by 7:20 and my sandwich was sitting behind the counter where I could not see it and had to mention it (they do this frequently why not place it on the pick up rack). I mentioned I was waiting on a latte and a staff member said another lady would be making it. This staff member then told someone else to make it I seen him go to the back and asked what the hold up is. The cashier said “Oh the machine is down and needs to be restarted, no one told you”. Communication is key I asked for a coffee instead and nothing was brewed but decaf she mentioned they were brewing at the time and gave me a bakery treat. However, I did not leave until 7:50 and of course my sandwich was cold I ended up throwing it away and this experienced ruined my day and made me 20 mins late to work when it’s 2 mins away. No the first time I’ve waited 30 plus minutes for a mobile order here.

Chicken on chicken chipotle breakfast sandwich was still extremely cold to the touch. And my partners avocado sandwich had avocados which were not ripe, still very hard with a bitter taste.
