Chicken on chicken chipotle breakfast sandwich was still extremely cold to the touch. And my partners avocado sandwich had avocados which were not ripe, still very hard with a bitter taste.

The staff that take orders are pretty good, but that's about it.
The guy who hands out the food is rude, and always has a scowl on his face. He has an air pod in at all times, which makes it really hard to actually get his attention to get the cup for your drink.
Most of the tables don't have outlets, and the men's bathroom has been dirty every time I've come.

Food and the workers are good but if I put in a rapid order pick up that says it’s ready, it should be on the shelf right? Well no. It was all the way in the back where you pick up food as if you’re dining in and I had to wait in line to ask where my food is.

Panera Bread at Bridge Street is fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh. Their French baguette is absolutely superb—crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfect with a warm bowl of soup.
A special shoutout to Tez at the register—he was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made my visit even better with his great attitude. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The eating area was a mess. All tables had crumbs at a minimum. Food was fantastic.
Picked up food for family of 3, I asked the team manager when he gave me my order if everything was in bag, he said YES. When I got home 6 miles away they had left out 2 sandwiches. I called them and asked them why, they had no excuse. Returned to store on whitesburg Huntsville AL and got my sandwiches. The team manager didn't remember me. So if you go for pickup make sure you check your order.

This place is ridiculous in the mornings. I work independently and every time there's a 15-20 minute wait, the man has NO HELP and the other employees stood round and did their own thing. Really like the place but get some help, please.

Entitled employee. Jan 12, 2025 8:45AM. Young girl expected a tip for doing her job as a cashier. Even though I selected the minimum tip on the screen, she sarcastically said "That's a lot" for which I replied, "I don't have to". Times have definitely changed, but the concept of work for pay is the same. This Panera location is still a great place to come to eat as long as you do not find people like her. Management needs to bring the entitlement of these employees down to reality.

The food was delicious, however, the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich barely had anything on it. Had the bacon and macaroni and looked like they only put a teaspoon of macaroni in the bowl. They can do better with the portions.
