The staff is nice. However, kiosk ordering can never receive higher than a 3 for service. They were out of most side options at 6pm including chips and fruit. Choosing no side is an option, but they still charge full price which isn't customer friendly; who really needs a hard baguette with their sandwich? This isn't the fault of the employees, but it is of the location and chain.

We came back to give them another chance. The cashier Danielle, was very slow when responding. Took 2 minutes to count change. I ordered a bread bowl and she didn’t tell me they were out. I ordered a cinnamon roll and it was not put in my to go order. She wondered around aimlessly as if she didn’t know what she was doing. When she did do work she was equally as slow and acted like she didn’t know what she was doing again. I tried giving a fair chance but she just didn’t sell me on coming back to this location.

Do not come here if you want ZERO help from staff. My elderly mother in law came in and was directed to a kiosk to order her food. She was obviously struggling and the cashier (Allie) just stood and watched. My brother in law also had the same issue. I walk in and see the kiosk spinning. Allie makes direct eye contact and doesn’t speak. They had cash to pay with and the kiosk only takes card. She then says they can’t transfer the order over. She barely spoke, didn’t offer to help with placing the order at the register, anything. She just stood there and stared. I had to engage her and ask her what to do since the kiosk was spinning and she just looked at me. This is not worth the price nor the experience you expect. My daughters grills cheese was burnt, the sandwiches weren’t properly labeled… horrible experience.

There are a lot of really harsh reviews for this location but I have been a few times and have had zero issues. Staff is friendly, food came out fast and was up to Panera standards. I do wish they had some booths to sit in, however.

For some reason the three grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered were soggy and cold. They obviously had been microwaved and definitely not grilled. The bread was soft and white and the cheese was hard. Very disgusting. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve tried eating here, so we won’t be back. Reminds me of when I was 7 or so and made my mom a “grilled cheese sandwich” by heating it up in the microwave.

Came in early this morning to get my day started and a lot of things were not complete. Coffee maker was broken.No souffles were available and bagels were not even up on the shelf yet. This store is new, so I am hoping that it comes into its own. I will be back again to try it.I am hoping it's just getting started slow. The staff was very nice and very helpful but had a lot of apologies, because things weren't ready.

Ordered online for self pickup, soup and sandwich nothing crazy. App told me my order was ready, drove up there to pick my food up and only one bag in the pickup area. No biggy, but there were 3 bags just sitting in the prep area. Asked a worker if one was mine and he just looked at the bags from the register and just shrugged and said it’s probably still being packed. Okay, I sit and wait. 2 employees just standing and talking by the bags that were ready. One of the girls, employee, knocked over a stack of cups and as she’s picking them up asked “do I need to throw these away?”…….let me repeat a Panera worked asked if she should throw away cups that fell on the floor……….thankfully someone said yes to throw them away. Another 10 min go by 2 more bags made and sat with the others. Few more min go by another lady that had been waiting longer than me asked if her food was ready, then it dawned on one of the employees the bags had been ready to put out on the shelf. “Oh he didn’t put them out” said by one of the lady’s who had been talking right by the bags the whole time. MY BAG AND THE OTHER LADY THAT HAD BEEN WAITINGS BAGS WERE 2 OF THE 3 THAT HAD BEEN READY SINCE I WALKED IN! Lazy workers and potentially dirty/contaminated food/cups. All that for some bland food, needless to say I won’t be going back. Good luck if you do decide to eat there.

I have been in the drive through a couple of times and the employees are very nice and well mannered. I order on line and it was ready in 10 minutes. The food was good and the order was correct. This is the fastest Panera bread I have ever been to. 10/10 I do recommend.

Food is good and the restaurant is clean.

Great coffee/drink monthly plan for unlimited drinks.

The food is a little pricy for what you get but overall it’s a great addition to the area.

Not your normal Panera meal. This new location is not the homey/cozy kind of Panera you are used to getting. This is more of a pickup sanitary environment with a few tables. Understaffed as most places are now. Decent food quality but the air conditioning never stops so bring a jacket.
