Normally the best and most consistent Papa John’s in Huntsville/Madison, getting them around noon on a Tuesday was a waste of time and money. As unappetizing as the pizza looks in the pics, it was less pleasant to attempt eating. The crust was rubbery and chewy with every bite, rendering the pizza essentially inedible. I almost walked back in to request a refund when I looked at the pizza in my car, but I thought it wouldn’t be worth the effort and would at least be adequate. Yet, here I am leaving an essay of a review and trying to reach out to online corporate support to get a refund for wasted time and money…

Was a pretty regular Papa John’s customer, will never order from them again. Ordered a pizza, half an hour after it was supposed to arrive it was marked as delivered with no pizza in sight. Called the store, they said there was an error and they would refund me and get a new pizza to me. An hour and a half later, finally got a cold pizza. On top of being two hours late and cold, they didn’t refund me like they said they would. Called the store multiple times over the next week, never got ahold of someone once. Went through online customer service, they told me they couldn’t do anything and to dispute the charge with my bank, so having to go through that now.
Story short: promised me a refund on an insanely late and cold pizza, didn’t give it out. In a multiple week long process to get the refund and the store refuses calls.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, and wonderful food prepared perfect to order. As soon as I walked in to pick up, I was greeted by Keith, and he was so fantastic and friendly and also so helpful as well. It had been a while since I had been to any Papa John's .... this will definitely be the one I'll be returning to very soon!!

My husband accidentally placed an order to this location and it sat for over 35 minutes. When we arrived and shared with the staff what took place, they kindly remade our pizza. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and delicious pizza! Thanks so much!
This place is absolutely retarded the employees couldn't work the register because the only person that could work it was the manager. Who was in the bathroom. My food sat in the window for 8 minutes so I asked if they where gonna get her they looked at me like I was bothering them so I left and my 50 worth of food stayed i wont be back. I was really looking forward to this but they made up my mind for me

If I can give a zero I would I will never order from here again. They burnt my food argued with me I reported them the guy that fixed my food argued me down saying it was nothing wrong with the food unfortunately he don’t care anything about customer service, it may have not been nothing to them but I am from the south, if I’m not ok with the food as a customer who is spending money with you guys you shouldn’t be arguing you should be trying to fix it that’s how you lose customers, it wasn’t too my liking, my food was burnt, and not edible the flavor of the food wasn’t even there nor my appetite just by looking at it, they was rude and disrespectful, I only been here 1/2 weeks and I’m not liking Casper’s food, seem like everyone over cook things, also don’t tell me about the temperature of the oven I understand that but that’s not an excuse why my food is burnt to the point the flavor of the pizza is tasting how it looks. I do not recommend

My husband placed an order on Thursday for a pizza. It was very under cooked the crust. They did give me credit for another one same day but it was the same exact thing. The crust was doughy. I had to throw it out. This happened before and before I realized it was under cooked I was sick as a dog. We will be taking a break from Papa Johns. We are there at least 1 a week at that very location for years but taking a break from this location. Employees were very sweet. Nothing against them just not sure how a Pepperoni pizza gets under cooked. Thank you
