My husband placed an order on Thursday for a pizza. It was very under cooked the crust. They did give me credit for another one same day but it was the same exact thing. The crust was doughy. I had to throw it out. This happened before and before I realized it was under cooked I was sick as a dog. We will be taking a break from Papa Johns. We are there at least 1 a week at that very location for years but taking a break from this location. Employees were very sweet. Nothing against them just not sure how a Pepperoni pizza gets under cooked. Thank you

Ordered a speciality Tuscan 6 cheese pizza with a stuffed crust. Received a normal cheese pizza with stuffed crust. It looked like the picture attached with this review. This Papa John’s store that made and delivered the pizza could not resolve the wrong order as it was ordered through Papa John’s website, according to them. Very disappointing transaction.

Ordered a pizza given a 55 min delivery time, received a text pizza on the way be there in 20min. 45min later still waiting. Called in and the manager said we have the wrong address, told them the pizza would be cold, they argued it would be hot. Bad service all around.

We like to order pizza every couple of weeks and for the last 2 or 3 months anything made with dough is not cooked through. I don't just mean overly soggy from toppings (though that has been happening more frequently too), I mean the dough is mostly raw. I have to put the pizza in the oven when it gets here to finish cooking it, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering out. As much as we like PJs, we will not be ordering from this location again.
