The driver was very disrespectful. I didn't want to take a fifty dollar bill on a forty six dollar ticket and told my three year old that he wasn't getting his food and then I called the store and she was very rude and then told me that she wasn't gonna be delivered to my address no more and then hung up on me

I've been ordering food from here for a good while and almost everytime they mess up my order. Whether it be forgetting my sauces, not having the drinks I wanted, or making my pizza the way I wanted. The last time I went they didn't give me stuffed crust which I had paid for and the store literally smelled like someone crapped themselves. I could barely breathe when I was in there. I would not recommend anyone getting food here it is always dry, barely any toppings, and incredible rude and slow service.

I’m sorry I’ve been craving pizza for a minute and decided to have Papa John’s… idk if they’ve changed how they make their pizzas aversion the last few years because I haven’t had it in that long but it was disappointing and disgusting. Barely any cheese… it was doughy… ewww… there’s a reason why I don’t eat there!… not this location anyway… don’t even feel like going back to return it… $30 loss

I was lied to my face that I had my extra garlic sauce that I paid for. But nope, I didn't get what I paid for

Horrible service. Horrible delivery service, waited 2 hours for delivery but didn't show up. Tracker says delivered but pizza never showed up at my doorstep. Never recommending this place.

My order total was 28.68 cash, by the time my delivery driver got to me he charged me 31.30 I gave him 34 total then realized the driver got me for almost $5 tip on his on opinion called the store and the person I spoke to was not very responsive to the situation

Typical pizza place every order from this location is always hot fresh and fully cooked. Staff are friendly and detail oriented sometimes disorganized but overall a good place if Papa Johns is what you like

After being given no information as to why my order was later than the expected delivery time due to them using DoorDash as a 3rd party delivery and the order just sitting in the restaurant and not being picked up, the employee answering the phone hung up in my face after I asked for my ordered to be canceled. Before hanging up, he told me didn’t know how to cancel it since it was sent to DoorDash already. I, then let him know that I chose to pay in cash when it arrived so it was no longer my problem and I didn’t want it anymore. That’s when he hung up. Smh.

Ordered a doordash order to be delivered this morning. A simple papadia & cheesestick. First time ordering from this store as I'm in from out of town for a wedding. Food was sloppily prepared. The papadia was not folded, the food was all over the box and the dipping sauce, which was the wrong sauce. The cheesestick looked like it was thrown on the ground & stepped on. All the bacon and cheese were thrown into the middle, and was given the wrong sauce for these as well. If you want good, delicious food, this store is NOT the one to go to. For something so expensive you'd think they'd handle the food correctly.

Made an order on Uber eats about pizza with no onions. Then proceeded to call and let know the pizza was not to have onions because I have an allergy. Person on phone was rude and hung up on me. Then received pizza COVERED in onions.

They are overworked and under staffed. It took me a long time to get my order. The lady at the register was noticeably stressed out, but that didn't excuse her rudeness. At least the food was hot when I finally got it.

Parking: Parking lot is dangerous if someone is turning off 72. So just watch out so they don't hit you crossing through.
