Papa Johns Pizza

So order delivery with cash payment because I hadn’t gotten to make a deposit. Driver shows up and I ask for $10 in change on a $25 order (I had 2 $20s). She seemed irritated but whatever. I take my food in and realize that that ranch is not in a sealed container (not necessarily a big deal) I call to just verify and they hang up on me twice without speaking to me. They also had a driver recently block our street off. Instead of pulling in the drive way or parking on the curb (both were optional) they parked diagonally across the road (why?!) blocking traffic. I 100% admit their pizza is better than dominos but the service seems lacking.

Edit: Ok so actually go a hold of the manager Jessica and she chewed me out saying I must be having a bad night and literally yelled at me. I wasn’t unreasonable. Never raised a voice or used a hateful tone but even if a customer did you don’t speak to them like that.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for years and it’s always been fine, but tonight we got home and had 20+ black hairs in our pizza. It’s hard to imagine it was accidental, there were so many hairs baked into the toppings. ?? I’d like to speak to a manager, but I’ve called at least 8 times and every time I select to “talk to a manager” the line disconnects. Needless to say, I’ll be getting my pizza elsewhere from now on. ? (the pic was after we threw most of the hairs away, and I picked through the pizza and found 5 more!)

We always receive our order on time and fresh. Tonight they went the extra mile - our birthday boy requested breadsticks after I already placed the order online. The employee assisted me in adding the item to yhe order and we still received the order on time. Thanks for helping make the birthday celebration complete.

This location is a complete dumpster fire. We ordered pizza online an hour before we wanted to pick it up. I showed up a few minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and was told it’s on the bake line and would be another 15 minutes before it would be ready. I went back 15 minutes later and the person at the counter started with, “well, you see…” I get it…so you basically lied to me. When I asked for my money back, the manager came around and instead of saying, “I’m sorry…” she was rude and combative. A gentleman who was standing next to me at the counter said people ordered pizzas 2 hours ago and they still weren’t ready. Needless to say I will never be back.

An employee with green hair was openly and visibly preparing food without any kind of hair restraint. Additionally, because of this, he kept having to adjust his hair to get it out of his face, and every time, went back to preparing (possibly hair-filled) food with bare, unwashed hands.

..square cut has been requested and it appears this request cannot ever be honored (the last few times this request has been ignored)…in addition to the “extra cheese” request which customers pay for in advance…Papa Johns, please train your employees to understand the importance of requests. Not going to lie, I am disappointed as all get out. I am a big papa johns fan. Prefer it over every other chain. However, tonight, they never marked my order ready for pick up so I just went by 40 minutes later and this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was so incredibly dry and I could see most of the crust under what should have been covered in sauce and cheese. When I called, the guy offered a credit but was honestly unconcerned and a little rude. He just hung up. We continued eating our other pizza only to find a hair cooked into and under the cheese.* Correcting this to say MULTIPLE hairs throughout our entire second pizza.I’m not sure what’s happened because this used to be a great location but I honestly am so disgusted.*photos taken IN papa johns when I returned in
