Great food

Ordered 2 pizzas at 9:45 sat outside when the order said out for delivery. Was still outside when I got the delivered notification. NATALIE never came. Called the store as soon as it said delivered manager states “the drive said she (Natalie) dropped it off at 505 she’s right beside me” ok so I live about 15 min from their store so they never attempted to deliver and he stated “I sent all my drivers home” no it’s Saturday night and yall wanted to cut short for your plans. Matter of fact I’m looking for work and I would never do that! Would love to speak with iwner. Blatantly lying and my daughter& friends won’t get to eat tonight because they wanted an easy night at work or to go home early. I spent my last until Monday to get that for my daughter’s birthday sleepover tonight. Was offered a store credit but I don’t think I want to order there again! Especially if they don’t even deliver after paying for delivery. N

I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni online. It showed somehow as two pepperonis. I called back and had the rudest person on the line. She would not let me talk and would not listen to me. She insisted that the order was two pepperonis.

Then she hung up on me and would not answer again. She claimed to be a manager. I am beyond disappointed with this type of service. We had been Papa zJohns customers for years and this was our first time back.

Because is the completely rude and unprofessional response from that employee, we will have to reconsider ordering again.

You need to stay on top if customer service on the phone. This speaks very poorly of the store.

I can just speak to delivery. What a joke. We stopped ordering here about a year ago because it just took hours and the food wasn't great. Now we broke down tonight and tried again and we are on hour 2 and no pizza. Good lord, pay the delivery folks. We always tip at least 20% but, again, we are on hour 2 and no pizza. Do yourself a favor and go with Marcos or Donatos.

So order delivery with cash payment because I hadn’t gotten to make a deposit. Driver shows up and I ask for $10 in change on a $25 order (I had 2 $20s). She seemed irritated but whatever. I take my food in and realize that that ranch is not in a sealed container (not necessarily a big deal) I call to just verify and they hang up on me twice without speaking to me. They also had a driver recently block our street off. Instead of pulling in the drive way or parking on the curb (both were optional) they parked diagonally across the road (why?!) blocking traffic. I 100% admit their pizza is better than dominos but the service seems lacking.

Edit: Ok so actually go a hold of the manager Jessica and she chewed me out saying I must be having a bad night and literally yelled at me. I wasn’t unreasonable. Never raised a voice or used a hateful tone but even if a customer did you don’t speak to them like that.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for years and it’s always been fine, but tonight we got home and had 20+ black hairs in our pizza. It’s hard to imagine it was accidental, there were so many hairs baked into the toppings. ?? I’d like to speak to a manager, but I’ve called at least 8 times and every time I select to “talk to a manager” the line disconnects. Needless to say, I’ll be getting my pizza elsewhere from now on. ? (the pic was after we threw most of the hairs away, and I picked through the pizza and found 5 more!)

We always receive our order on time and fresh. Tonight they went the extra mile - our birthday boy requested breadsticks after I already placed the order online. The employee assisted me in adding the item to yhe order and we still received the order on time. Thanks for helping make the birthday celebration complete.

This location is a complete dumpster fire. We ordered pizza online an hour before we wanted to pick it up. I showed up a few minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and was told it’s on the bake line and would be another 15 minutes before it would be ready. I went back 15 minutes later and the person at the counter started with, “well, you see…” I get it…so you basically lied to me. When I asked for my money back, the manager came around and instead of saying, “I’m sorry…” she was rude and combative. A gentleman who was standing next to me at the counter said people ordered pizzas 2 hours ago and they still weren’t ready. Needless to say I will never be back.

An employee with green hair was openly and visibly preparing food without any kind of hair restraint. Additionally, because of this, he kept having to adjust his hair to get it out of his face, and every time, went back to preparing (possibly hair-filled) food with bare, unwashed hands.

..square cut has been requested and it appears this request cannot ever be honored (the last few times this request has been ignored)…in addition to the “extra cheese” request which customers pay for in advance…Papa Johns, please train your employees to understand the importance of requests. Details matter.
