Pizza was not cut and very thin in the middle. It fell apart when trying to eat.

Not the greatest! Pizza was over cooked! The second time I was there I ordered a small cheese pizza it was 7$ 2 days later they wanted to charge me 13$ ridiculous price i walked out not getting the pizza of course I didn't order before I came! I ended up going to pizza hut down the street and getting it for 5$ i won't be going back and customer service wasn't the greatest

Arrived at 8PM to order a pizza for me and my wife’s dinner. As I got out and walked up to the door a worker ran over to the door and locked it. Online it says they are open till 11 PM so I knocked on the door to try and get an explanation. I was ignored by both workers who did not even turn and look. Do not recommend ordering from this location.

WORST PEOPLE OF ALL TIME, I enjoy every other papa John’s but this one I ordered a pizza an hr ahead and when I arrived it wasn’t done or ready after I had already paid, they treated me like I was worthless and had no professionalism or consideration. This pizza was for my kids who were starving, there was no manager on staff and the workers looked dirty and disgusting without a care in the world please please please DO NOT GO HERE

I placed a delivery order and had to call back in an hour to check on it when I called back they said I had to replace the order or come and pick it up with no discounts applied If I had never called I would have been just left without my food And employee was very rude on the phone. I highly suggestjust not ordering here at all. I told employee I was going to leave a bad review and she stated so and that she didn’t care.

This is the 2nd pizza that I have paid high dollar for and been a disaster! Every topping is piled right in the middle. Not spread out at all like they should. It's like they start w spreading then get tired and just start throwing it on. 2 pizzas just like this! I marked well done and it was NOT well done. Barley cooked. I had to put it in oven to finish it! I normally don't mind paying extra for Papa John's cause they are higher then others but I will not keep wasting my money here! I'll try the others again. Gotta be better than this !

My grandsons like Papa Johns. I have never ordered from them. I looked at the menu online to see what they have. Not seeing a way to say "peppers on the side" - separate container. I decided to call. The ordering is offshored. At first I was told the peppers come with it, so I reiterated 'on the side". So when I arrived explaining the peppers should be on the side the front counter person said "oh they come with it" she then reached in bare handed and tried to get something to put them in. Secondly I asked for sausage and cheese. Not knowing BREAKFAST sausage was an option of course we got that. Which is nasty. The stuffed crust cheese was not melted and the dough tasted raw. This whole experience was just terrible. Needless to say I won't be ordering again. My money, my pizza leave the peppers out if asked. Nuts.
