This location was fine. Service was good, order was ready on time, and the staff seamed on top of it. However, getting in and out of the business' parking lot at dinner time is rough. Food was fine as far as preparation and appearance but Papa John's has definitely changed some recipe somewhere since the last time I had it.

Ordered delivery on a Friday at 558 pm. 48 minute delivery estimate. Ordered $14 worth of food. Paid $27 with delivery and tip. Called a little over an hour after ordering. Were told it’s out, we’re busy. Called again 1.5 hours after ordering. Talked to manager and requested a refund of still undelivered pizza. Christina was very short with me and only asked for address to refund and cancel. No apology for time just kind of okay bye. Customer service has gone down the crapper. It’s RIDICULOUS. DO NOT order delivery if you have plans.

Not the greatest! Pizza was over cooked! The second time I was there I ordered a small cheese pizza it was 7$ 2 days later they wanted to charge me 13$ ridiculous price i walked out not getting the pizza of course I didn't order before I came! I ended up going to pizza hut down the street and getting it for 5$ i won't be going back and customer service wasn't the greatest

Arrived at 8PM to order a pizza for me and my wife’s dinner. As I got out and walked up to the door a worker ran over to the door and locked it. Online it says they are open till 11 PM so I knocked on the door to try and get an explanation. I was ignored by both workers who did not even turn and look. Do not recommend ordering from this location.
WORST PEOPLE OF ALL TIME, I enjoy every other papa John’s but this one I ordered a pizza an hr ahead and when I arrived it wasn’t done or ready after I had already paid, they treated me like I was worthless and had no professionalism or consideration. This pizza was for my kids who were starving, there was no manager on staff and the workers looked dirty and disgusting without a care in the world please please please DO NOT GO HERE

I placed a delivery order and had to call back in an hour to check on it when I called back they said I had to replace the order or come and pick it up with no discounts applied If I had never called I would have been just left without my food And employee was very rude on the phone. I highly suggestjust not ordering here at all. I told employee I was going to leave a bad review and she stated so and that she didn’t care.
