Dietary restrictions: They have an actual list of gluten-free donuts, but they do sell out sometimes before the day is over.

Parking: This location is in a larger establishment called Campus 805. It's in one of the out buildings away from the main building which helps with parking, but there are other popular businesses near it that share the parking g lot so it can be difficult to park near the store.

Kid-friendliness: Seem friendly enough, but they are in a facility that houses several bars and breweries too. Children are present, and there are some open areas nearby where children regularly play.

Wheelchair accessibility: Space is open inside but the counter is high. May be slightly difficult for someone in a wheelchair to see the options available directly. But entry and exit and moving around inside the store would not be a problem.

Amazing croissant doughnuts, great flavor options, personal favs are the Caramel Bliss, Egg Nog, and the bourbon Caramel. Coffee has been hit or miss but not bad, service is pretty decent, but management seems to be lacking. I do however highly recommend it if you like doughnuts!

This is the third time I have been here and once AGAIN rude service. First , I was standing in line waiting my turn and a family walked up and she asked for their order ahead of me. No bid deal, I’ll patiently wait my turn again. The employee was frantically telling everyone that ALL she has is ALL she has available in the cases, and it will be at least an hour for more. Ok, I totally understand. I ordered one flavor and before I could say anything else she said ALL I have is what’s in the case. I said ok, I just need one and I see there’s 2 in there. She rudely glared back up at me and said “I WAS JUST TELLING YOU!!!”

I am done with trying to support this place. I definitely don’t have to be talked to rudely or even argued with when I’m giving someone my money. Won’t be back. The doughnuts are not worth it, and if you can’t be nice or friendly to your customers… you obviously don’t need the business. There are plenty more spots in town who do appreciate the business.

I was nearby getting my apple cider needs met at Pizelle's and figured...might as well try the most hyped donuts in town, finally.

This location is part of a small chain. The store is located in Campus 805, more towards what I consider the "back" of this very popular hangout venue. During the daytime, at least, parking is not super challenging, and as far as donuts are concerned, you're probably not coming at 8 PM for those, so no worries there.

The inside is spacious and airy, rather modern looking. The selection of donuts was looking a little ragged/worn down but I did stumble in at like 1:30; I'm sure it's more impressive in the morning. I didn't see any of their seasonal flavors on display but maybe I needed to come earlier.

Other than donuts, they have a few other menu items like coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I didn't need lunch and the donuts looked big enough to share so I limited myself to an order of one to split with my husband for dessert later that night. I selected the Reese's style donut, which came with chocolate glaze and a generous drizzle of peanut butter.

The employees were fine! The girl who helped me had a very low/quiet voice and I honestly struggled a little to understand her but from what I did hear she was nice and got the job done!

Now these donuts aren't really like standard donuts; they're more like the very trendy cronut or whatever portmanteau suits your preference -- it's a croissant/donut hybrid. This works great for me as I prefer a croissant texture to the insanely sugary spun air texture of the average fried donut. I was surprised at how much moisture this donut managed to maintain since we didn't eat it til before bed at around 9 PM. Pleasantly surprised it really wasn't stale at all. I liked the amount of peanut butter. It was quite sweet but not nauseatingly so. However, it did have a strange aftertaste; I'll attribute it to the chocolate but I'm not 100% sure. Not completely unpleasant but it's a shame it didn't end on a high note like how it started.

I'd be curious to return and try other flavors to see if the aftertaste is chocolate glaze related or not. I'd try one of the cinnamon sugar type donuts next. Aftertaste or not, I prefer these to Krispy Kreme and could definitely see myself purchasing again if I needed donuts for a gathering or something.

I wish this could be a 5 star review across the board; however, the lady we were served by this morning completely ruined our experience.

My husband, daughter, and I went here this morning for donuts and coffee. We ordered 6 donuts and they were all so good. However, the lady that waited on us was extremely unfriendly and rude. To the point where I didn’t order a coffee just because I was so uncomfortable.

The next time we go here, we will be making sure that this lady is not around before we go in.

We went there specifically for the vegan donuts. I am not vegan, my wife is. We got the same donut in both vegan and non-vegan. The regular version of this donut is easily in the top five donuts I've ever eaten. It is so fluffy and yummy. Really hard to beat. But the vegan version of the donut is... um... maybe the worst donut I've ever eaten. I'm honestly not sure how they sell any of the else at all. Between my wife and I, we didn't finish even one of the two we got. And I am like Joey Tribianni is with sandwiches. I will eat almost anything, from anywhere, and i eat plenty of vegan food that I love. We took the leftover vegan donuts home to our sons, 20 and 22, and they didn't even finish them. It could have something to do with the fact that these are also gluten-free. And unlike the big and fluffy regulat donuts, the vegan donuts are tiny and heavy.

Parlor Donuts has great donuts, and absolutely go, but dont expect heaven and earth to move for you if you order the vegan. But heaven and earth just might move for you if you order anything else. They really are that good. Plus , the servers were super friendly, plus the shop is really cute.

I usually don’t publicly complain about people in the service industry because I know it’s a tough business and y’all are just trying to make a living, not be my bff.
This one really upset me especially that I still don’t know what went wrong.

I stopped to get coffees for me and my friends. I was having a bit of a hard time communicating my order and understanding what the staff member was telling me (English is not my first language). Suddenly, she stormed off and went to get another co-worker to deal with me. I could see she was very upset. Two other (older) ladies came out and helped me. They asked me what was wrong and I told them I have no idea!!!
They were super friendly and nice. When the first one came back behind the counter, I asked her if she was ok and if I did anything to offend her, she barely looked at me while mumbling something.
I felt humiliated and disrespected. Needless to say, I’m never going back.

I first discovered Parlor Doughnuts in Florida but didn’t get a chance to try it. I was excited to accidentally drive by this one in Huntsville. We went mid afternoon. By that time, they were out of some of the doughnuts (although the other employee offered to make some in the back??). My group got a selection including some of the fall flavors. We all tried each others and the doughnuts were really good. Definitely the best doughnuts in Huntsville that I’ve had recently. I ordered a butterscotch latte as well and it was divine. There were two employees working. The one would barely even answer our questions and want friendly at all but the other made up for it and was extremely friendly and informative. I’ll definitely go back but will try to go before lunch next time.

This is the 3rd or 4th time now that I've gone to get their breakfast tacos and they aren't serving them. Very inconsistent, especially when it's on your menu that you serve tacos... This is why I stop going to places because you never know what you're going to get, so it's just a waste of time.

I really like the tacos. The donuts are good, usually a bit heavy for me, so I can't eat them in one sitting. And the atmosphere is great, cute little restaurant.
