Cornbread was wet, potato salad was hard with large chunks of celery, baked beans were pintos heated... brisket was mostly fat. First and last visit. Thank you management for the snide remark but I'm vegetarian and my husband and I shared... well tasted the sides.. waitress asked if we needed to go box as we left... I assure you it was not needed as you can see the corner of his tray but thank you for confirming your thoughts and know word of mouth will share your rudeness!

PS... we payed, tipped well and did not complain or comment to server as she has no control over food quality.

Came in for lunch on a Saturday. Bartender was polite. Had brisket, beans and coleslaw. It was all good.

Great layout, loved the live music and the Mac-n-cheese! My ribs absolutely fell off the bone...because they were so dry, so technically they "crumbled" off the bone. Pretty disappointed but I know people have gotten great ribs there so I would probably try them again on another day. It wasn't busy and my waitress was nice but she seemed to be in a rush to get me out of her section. I had finished my beer and she quickly asked if I wanted another I started to say "No, I'm good right now" but she cut me off at "No, I'm good," saying "I'll get your check" then quickly turned around and walked away to do just that. I wasn't about to yell across the restaurant for her to wait. It just felt really awkward and made me wonder if I'd done something to offend her- I complimented the Mac-n-cheese and didn't complain about the ribs. It was just really strange and uncomfortable.

Worse food we have eaten. I wanted the daily special but they didn't have what was needed to serve it so I got the turkey sandwich and it was not good at all. The bread was cold and old. My husband got the brisket which was dry and tough., potato salad which had no seasoning and bean that were straight out of a can. We should have known when we went in and there was only one other table that had customers. Will not recommend or return.

First time here and really enjoyed the food. Different way to order than we are used to though. They have large sandwich options or you create your own plate combination. We created our own combo with my wife ordering the half chicken and me ordering the sausage and pulled pork plate. The bbq sauce was delicious for the pork and the white sauce for the chicken was good too. The cornbread was the sweet variation which we like. Generous portions especially the sides. The had outdoor music starting about 7. The brisket deviled eggs were delicious. This is not an inexpensive place to dine.

Parking: Large parking garage right next to the restaurant.

Maddie was the best bartender! Always a refill ready. Very friendly and easy going definitely recommend!!

The brisket was good. However waitress forget to get everyone’s drink orders. They were out of four things we ordered. Turkey chicken lemons and Mac and cheese. Even though they were not busyTook a long time to actually get the order. The waitress was really nice. They turned on the live music extremely loud. Someone told them to turn it down and it went from extremely loud to very loud. Could not hear conversation at your table.

First time here and likely the last. Ok, I get this is a TX franchise but come on, no pulled pork??? We are in AL. I had the cheese sausage, which liked a lot, the brisket which I didn’t like at all. There was no smoke ring, and no flavor. I had to drown it in bbq sauce to make it half way decent. Mac and cheese was good, nothing special. Finally the ‘smoked back beans’; smoked is a lie. Maybe they waked the pot by a fire but that was it. Tasted like the can they came out of to me. Beer was cold, TV clear, ac worked well. Go at your own risk. Probably a better bar than restaurant.

I sooo badly miss how good the food was when this place first opened. Today unfortunately I was highly disappointed for the second time. I got the ribs and once again they were horribly dry and not peeled which left an off putting flavor on the bite. You gotta do ribs better in Alabama Guys....
